The host is perfect. They seemed like my family member. They treat every customer. I love them very much. The place id spotless and very very clean. I have berm to Italy for 2 weeks and I like the best of this place. Because of this hotel and food, I will come back this place.

Saturnia is a lovely little town and the hotel is very close to the centre. Free parking outside the hotel. Nice hosts and good breakfast.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Shower screen broken. Very basic room - no kettle or coffee maker. Wifi not great.

It was clean, comfortable, and close to Cascate del Mulino. Perfetto!

Rosetta is really the sweetest host! She welcomed us very well and gave us some great tips about what to do en where to go. Also amazing breakfast with a lot of options (so many, not enough space in my belly to try it all :)) ). Big and clean room. The thermes and thermal waterfall are a 5 minute drive away so also a great location!

Toilet smells slightly since we couldn’t open and ventilate the air. our next door can see toilet, and without mosquito net frame, insects flied in. Suggest shower curtains/ booth. No air conditioning was very difficult. When we came back in the evening, other guests were drinking at our patio where they can see through our bed. So we stayed in without ac/window open in summer. It was bit painful.

Anna, the lady who received us, was super lovely! We had homemade pies for breakfast 😍 The room is simple and comfortable

I don’t know why this place has a rate of 9.0. The place is normal, not so excellent; old forniture. The staff is polite, kindly and helpful. The breakfast is ok (sweet and salt, but only ham). The place is without the elevator and is not a recent construction.

The room was very nice and clean. The location is right in the centre of the small city and close to the Saturnia natural springs (you do need a car though). The pictures are very accurate. The owner and her daughter were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I had booked a double room but the owner actually reduced the price because I was travelling alone, so that was a nice gesture :-)

Unfortuntely I had to pay for parking (although it says that there is free parking), but it thankfully was not expensive and the parking lot was accessible from the back of the bed and breakfast. However I feel since there was construction in the city the parking situation will not stay like this.
