Renovated room and bathroom. Possibility to prepare simple meals as small kitchen corner is in the apartment.

1. The location is quiet, with a lot of parking space and within proximity of Vasiliki that is easily accessible by car. Also the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada are twice as closer that they are from Nidri 2. The hosts are responsive and the room was cleaned every day 3. The room had nice double bad, air-conditioning, kitchenette and all the amenities needed

Nice location, close to Vassiliki town, but not exactly in it. Every room has terrace, private bathroom and fridge.

Room is a little small, but most people would be ok for a couple of days. We had room with "street view". They have rooms with mountain view, which is a lot better. If you have a chance book a mountain view.

When we arrived at the location, no one knew to speak or understand English. After I showed the confirmation of the reservation to a lady from there, she called another lady and I had to give explanations and details about me and the reservation, and she told me we have room no. 5. We chose a non-smoking room, and when we entered room no. 5 it smelled very bad of cigarettes. We looked for the lady outside and translated them into Greek as the room smelled very bad of cigarettes, but she told us it was a non-smoking room. When I entered the kitchen, it was cigarette ash, and water was flowing from the refrigerator on the floor. The lady I told about the room with an old man who was there was rude to us. When we made the booking, we told them we will come with our dogs. We travel with dogs for years, and we didn't have problems. This time, after all this, I received a message on booking, and she told me to take my dogs to the beach, to don't leave them alone in the room. Why she didn't tell me that when I sent her a message about we will come with dogs, and she told me this after we were there? She told me that they have "a chance" to stay in the room, but if they will bark, she will call me. My dogs didn't bark, the noise problem was every morning because of the old guy. He quarrels every morning with that woman and speaks loud, and we had to wake up every morning at 8-9 AM because of them. On the first morning, we find a creature as a larger worn in our room. Also, another big problem, we didn't have hot water. The parking spot (if you are lucky, and you find a free one) is not safe. A small summary: -rude hosts -don't go there if you have dogs -it's not clean in the room, and it smells bad -not hot water -you will wake up in the morning because of the loud old man -not a safe parking spot

We checked in at 09.30pm and it was nice of them to wait for us. The view was magnificent. It was relatively quiet. There were parking available.

The airconditioner smelled bad, they changed towels and sheets only once during our 9 night stay. They never cleaned the floors in the room. The terrace desperately needs sunshade for it to be useable. There were hardly any dishes, and there were no clothes hangers.

Bathroom was very bad, and kitchen , not enough plates and things for preparing food.

The kitchen furniture was very old (and there were only some plastic dishes) and the wifi connection was unsatisfactory. Also I think the bathroom needs a little improvement (ex. a shower cabin).

It was very easy to check in, the place is clean and nice, the wifi was good, AC also worked well.

There really were a lot of ants

The room had all basic services you need during holidays (air-co, shower, basic kitchen). All utensils, furniture and services were new/well-maintained. Cleaning service every two days. Best beaches of Lefkada (from Agios Nikitas to Desimi) reachable wiithin 20 minutes of car ride.

Studio was quite small. Closest location with some night-life/supermarkets was Vasiliki (10 - 15 minutes ride). No tent in the balcony: nice view of the mountains, but could not enjoy it because of the sun.

for me location was good. The owner help us when I noticed him about the noisy neighbors. I appreciate his implication.

The kitchenette is not a really kitchenette. Its a small space heater and a small fridge and that's all. The sink in the bathroom extremely small. Also the balcony very narrow with nothing arrange to dry the towels. The space was finished lately and is wasnt clean properly. The neighbors of our room were very noisy. They listened music and talked loudly day and later in night.
