Super easy and fast check in. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The bar and restaurant was great! The indoor pool and game room was great! Our room was clean, well stocked with towels, super clean and had very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I held 3 rooms with MY credit card. As the other people checked in the were asked for their credit card for incidentals, but they charged my card for the room. Paying at the property, they should not have automatically charged the card that held the reservations. They should have asked! No phone in the room, only 3 lights that lit the immediate area of them light, TV did not work, shower water was all over the floor.

It looked like the sliding glass door had leaked as the carpet was wet by the door. The soap was very small and had a strange texture. The shower only had half a door so the bathroom floor got very wet. Also, the volume on the tv sounded like it was in a tin can. However, the bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast had no fresh fruit and no pastries. The waffles were good. I think the hotel is trying to become upscale but they have a way to go.

They made some updates to room, but their choices weren’t wise. Open shower stall is cold, and has new tile but the plastic floor is SLIPPERY! They have no chalking to keep water from getting behind the walls, and the open area gets water all over the floor.
There is a lack of electrical outlets and an over use of power strips- dangerous behind the head of the bed.
The room is too dark with a painted black ceiling. Weird lighting choices thruout.
Zero art work on the room walls. Furniture that looked used and hand painted.
The bed has a 2” memory foam topper which was comfortable. Our king size bed had a queen size top sheet, that we didn’t realize until too late to make a change.
Overall it’s is a decent clean hotel.

We were booked here as a relocation from a previous hotel. And let me tell you. It was the best disaster that ever happened. This place was amazing. The girl at the desk was so friendly, and professional. She sympathized with our situation and genuinely seemed to care. The room was phenomenal and clean. The bed was not great but i didnt even care. It was a huge upgrade from where we were supposed to stay. And we were treated so much better. The breakfast was nothing too fancy but very tasty. Over all i would stay here again in a heartbeat if i could.

The hotel was convenient to the interstate and had a nice pool and games area. However, the poor lighting in the rooms and repeat same breakfast make you want to look for another hotel next time.

Hotel looked cool but that’s it. The rooms were clean but Rooms are dark and cheaply decorated. Beds were not comfortable squeaky bed . Hotel has a bar / restaurant attached. Arrive at 9 pm and they said no food and around 10:30 they shut the bar down very rude bartenders overall not a pleasant time. Won’t stay here again for the price !

Stayed for our daughter's cheer competition, this place was amazing. Loved the decor and the whole layout. My children loved the pool and arcade. Beds were so comfortable and huge shower. Will definitely be back!

Hotel was under construction, our room was very nice. The lighting was different, but ok. The adjoining room door had two locks that didn’t work, but the handle lock did. It wasn’t very sound proof, as we heard quite a bit of noise and talking. The beds were heavenly!! Very comfortable.
The indoor pool area was very nice. Plenty of seating, both by the pool and outside of the gated area. Several arcade games.
I didn’t eat breakfast, but my family said it had a variety of items and was very tasty.
A note on the noise - we were there for a gymnastics competition and the hotel was inundated with families and loud cheerleaders (including ours). So I don’t base my stay on that so much.
The location was great and not a far drive to downtown Lexington. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay it was nice to have everything in one place so we didn’t always have to leave. My kids loved having the arcade and pool. The staff was nice and the property is very well taken care of. A few minor things such as no towel pools and the breakfast area is very small and not laid out well. The restaurant had quite a bit of a wait for your food but it was good.
We stayed for cheer nationals and there was a lot of kids I will say they didnt handle it too well. Every little thing you did they said something to you. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

It was a very pleasant surprise of a hotel. Beds were comfortable ( memory foam style mattress) shower was capable of hot and warm water with decent pressure (rainfall style head). The styling was nice and pleasant. We will stay here again on a future trip to the area

I have a few suggestions
1. Fix the tvs so they are universal instead of having left handed tv
2. Add more lighting into the rooms it’s so hard seeing in the room.
3. Need a bigger breakfast area super crammed into a little room
4. Our room was having a power surge on Saturday night. The whole room would flick white when everything was off
5. Add a hot tub in the pool area plenty of open space
6. The showers are super slippery when wet
7. The showers hardly had pressure
8. The outside patio area was comfy the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel decor was done nicely. The extra pillows were nice with my back issues. However the lack of pool towels made it hard for all guest to be able to dry off after they were finished swimming. In the time we were in the pool area someone went and requested towels for my group and hers which in total was 6. She was told at front desk they would bring them out they were short towels for people keeping them in their rooms. They then bring 6 towels as they were put down we were told we could not take all the towels. I understand allowing others to get a chance as well but it should have been stating in the beginning. And there were still soo many people who did not have a towel to dry off.

We loved it,Hotel Lex is beautiful,has things to do without leaving the facility,The only thing we didn't like is the showers don't have good pressure and there's no tub to relax in..but overall it was a great place to stay!

We enjoyed the newly refurbished amenities. We had everything we needed. The only sad part is the pool was closed. But the courtyard outside was great!

Liked the courtyard but guests last night were very loud ...could not sleep. also not enough outlets in room and it was very dark. The bathroom was fantastic and beds comfy

The bones of the hotel may be old, but they have done an amazing job of renovating! Everything is thoughtfully designed and the bathroom in the room is awesome. The shower was absolutely the highlight of my stay (rain shower head and awesome water pressure!)!

Place was perfect. Drove here on leg 4 of our trip. Drove here from Chicago. Arrived on a Tuesday Night, open Mic night. Kids n wife hit the pool... I hit the bar for some local bourbon & beers... They met me... We had apps and everything was splendid. We headed to pigeon forge / Gatlinburg next day... Perfect.

The hotel is right off I75. It was quiet for the most part and rooms were comfortable but whoever decided to paint the ceilings black should have thought again. It made the room very dark. I would have loved to get in a pool outside but there was only a cold one inside. The staff was excellent and I would stay there again.

Nicely renovated and modern features. Building is spread out and there’s a lot of walking. The elevators need refurbishing. Shower is open and nice rain shower head but the floor is slicker than expected. Very cool walk out doors on first floor to the courtyard.

Very nicely decorated! Staff was exceptionally friendly!! Loved the walk in showers!!! Breakfast was great! Restaurant had good food. Recommend staying here!

Judging by the pictures this looked like a newly renovated hotel. While the bathroom was nice the rest of the hotel was not. Everything was old and just painted black. The smell was horrendous. I’m not even sure what the smell was. The parking lot had quite a few people out wondering around. One of which tried to get me to open the door to let him in the hotel. Across the road is a lovely strip club if that’s what you’re looking for.
