The staff was all very nice.

The air conditioning was very bad. Had to wake up several times to on the aircon bcs it has timer and we were not informed how to fix it

all is good except internet connection and water pressure in toilet (flush)

water pressure low at toilet.no internet connection at level 3.i guess alll level have same problem

near to my office.good place to stay if u want to round Kota kinabalu if u have transport..affordable.

go wifi but no internet access.I stay at 3rd floor. they have android TV but u got to connect with your own data. for toilet also not good.small pressure water if u flush toilet. small water at the pipe also.

The housekeeping could be improved as we stay more than one night, but the staff didn't changed the cup.

But im shocked when i req coffee and tea to the front desk but they dont want to fulfill my req and the reason is staff already going back. 😀 and the toilet bidet have problem and maintenance sort out this problem after i call them for 3rd times. They just came for check the bidet and told me later i will come back. But there's no onw coming to fix it . i called for the 3rd times then the maintennance fix it. But its okay. 😀

Good place for stay. Comfortable.

When I booked through the app it stated that I will get 2 double beds but the staff told me it is a family room (which I expect same as in the app). However I got 1 double bed & 1 single bed. I don't want to ask the staff since I was already tired.
