the bathroom was flooded because the shower drain was dirt. We left message at reception (nobody was there for the entire stay) but no one reply. The hotel employee who made up our room leave the door open. We came back at 10pm and found door opened (nothing was missing). We left a message, no one reply.

The location is in the center of the city and everything I needed was very close. The room had a heated floor bathroom, which was nice - the room was also quite nice overall, and clean. The view from the window was to the marina, which was also nice.

Note: the facility just started operating. I think the price was too high for the end of October (~115 EUR per night), even accounting for the room niceties premium - you could get whole apartment's for half this price in the city in the same location. The breakfast and dinner were not included in this price.
