Room was ok, quiet in the night since is not in the center of interlaken but very close to interlaken west train station. Beautiful garden with a view with tables and seats to dinner there, kitchen available outside breakfast hours, and great breakfast. We were also able to let our baggage there before checkin time and go for excursion. Check-in check-out was efficient, with good communication with the property, and they also provided us discounts for a local activity.

The bed was fair, sort of trundle bed, but thanks to that there is more space in the room. Small bathroom but serves its purpose. We travel with small bag packs so maybe is better avoid large suitcases.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast each morning was simple but helpful.

Location and staff cooperation

Rooms ideally should have been adjacent. Our children room was on the top floor and ours was on the first floor. Which is not an issue but would have been better.

We had been accommodated in a refurbished two room apartment which was well equipped and very comfortable. We were travelling with little kids and they loved their room and all the activities that were provided. Location was excellent. A very short walk to Interlaken West Station and very close walk to the town centre. There was a supermarket close by and many restaurants too.

Balcony view of the mountains and room was v good. Breakfast was also great. Moreover Silvia at the reception was very warm and welcoming.

The location of the hostel is perfect. The room was brand new and the shower was just perfect. The breakfast does not have a good offer, but fair enough for the price paid. The coffee is excellent. 100% recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly and accomodative. We arrived a bit earlier than the indicated check-in time; they allowed us to wait in the dining area while preparing our room! Veey luch appreciated! Breakfast was quite good as well - and having it with a very nice view of the snowy mountains from the dining area was very pleasant and soothing! The room & bathroom/toilet very clean.

This is minor, but the fridge in our room was malfunctioning in the sense that it froze our food.

Fantastic view of the mountain from balcony. Breakfast was very good especially the brewed coffee. The staff were very helping and knowledgeable.

Excellent location close to train station (walk in 5 minutes) and many shops, but in a quiet area. Easy self check in process with clear communication from staff. High quality breakfast items. Hot drinks area in the hallway. We used the breakfast area to eat our evening meal (bought from nearby supermarket). Great shower pressure in bathroom. Room was very spacious and it was lovely to stay in a traditional Swiss chalet. Staff gave us a bus ticket valid for our stay which we got a lot of use out of. Price was good value compared to other options in Interlaken. Multiple different language channels on the TV.

the room is spacious, and the location and the view are good. I like that they also provide you with coffee and tea & a hot water kettle in front of our room and the towels they provide are superb

Great location, 5 min to bus stations and interlaken west train station. great mountains views , I recommend bangalo for families as it gives more privacy.

Everything was lovely! Breakfast was nice and cosy. Self check in very easy. Comfortable bed. Clean.

We love everything.. except no lift to carry our big luggages to the family room at the 3rd floor.. and very squeaky single beds in the kids' room. Not really a big thing if you're a good sleeper! The double bed in our room was fine.
