La gentilezza dello staff e la posizione.

Es una hotel maravilloso con unas impresionantes vistas a la playa y al mar, la cama era muy cómoda, el personal era increíble, tiene un gran desayuno y queda muy cerca de la estación de tren y autobús, debo destacar que es un hotel con gran encanto y lo recomiendo 100% debo decir que cuando vuelva a roma iré a este hotel dado que esta entre 20 y 30 minutos en tren de el centro de Roma.

I love this charming hotel and it's kitschy art deco decor. Breakfast is generally included which is helpful if you're leaving for the airport (it's not far, but a slow 1/2 hour or so drive in traffic)

Cold shower this visit! But I had to leave for the airport, so no time to let staff know or have them fix or make an accomodation. Also, there was an older woman who had a "reserved" space in the lobby that kept telling us not to touch the books (?) that were stacked on the bookshelf. Was nonsensical; they weren't antique or precious, but appeared to be books guests left behind when they left the hotel.

The hotel is well placed, air conditioning works properly, the water had a good pressure, the breakfast is very good, especially for Italy, also with cheese, ham, eggs, fresh vegetables, sweets, coffee, cappuccino, juices… Also, it was pretty quiet at night, so, we slept well

The hotel is old, the elevator (very old and small) is just for the right wing. The receptionist doesn’t tell us how to get to the room, so, we search for a while, climbing and getting down the stairs with the luggage… the room was very basic, small, with outdated furniture and a strange smell (like in the old houses…) … The safe exist, but is not working. The walls are so thin that you may here the flushing water from other bathrooms or the other guests speaking

The location of the hotel is excellent on the beach front and is within walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Great value for money. Superb location within short walking distance of the town centre. Facilities at the hotel were quite basic but provided all I needed. Very friendly staff.

Great breakfast

The room was very bright and clean and everything worked well. We could see lots of attention to detail. The breakfast offerings were really wonderful! Parking on the street overnight was no problem whatsoever.

I liked everything, but unfortunately it was only 1 day, I would like to stay here longer! Wonderful and pleasant staff! nice view! thank you!

Please don't look for all these 'modern' rooms/hotels that look the same around the whole world, stop here for something real and unique. This place is great-looking, it has 70s vibes, it has a heart, and I would move permanently if only I could! Everyone is amazing, friendly and ready to help, from the 24/7 reception to the bar (thanks for midnight croissants!). Special mention for Ombretta and her amazing breakfast service with hot drinks at the table, fresh pizza from one of the best bakeries in town and home made cakes. I will definitely visit during summer, can't wait to try the garden!

I loved everything! the service is amazing, as well as the breakfast, location and price! I’ll stay here again next time too!

I like the view from the terrace (a very big 😍) and the location is great; a few meters from the hotel is sea 👌🏼 The room was very clean (every day cleaning lady is clean the room). Breakfast in this hotel are similar to continental breakfast.

Be ready to pay extra money for the tax

I loved the personal service from the owner, and the generous and quick response of the staff in meeting last minute accommodation changes. They were amazing!

The drain in our shower was very slow, however the doors were good about keeping the water in without leaking all over the floor. I forgot to tell the staff about that….so sorry!
