Rooms are spacious, food was good

Rooms were not cleaned enough. Not all the spa facility functioned. Background music in the dining hall was horrible. Everything was expansive.

We were really pleased it our stay at the hotel as it is a great location, with clean rooms, amazing staff and delicious food.

It was our third stay at this hotel and we will definitely come back. We have been upgraded from a Double room with garden view to a Standard apartment which is 3 categories above compared to what we paid for. The staff is polite, always smiling and very friendly. The cleanliness at the hotel is at very high level, 2 times per day room service, changing the towels, compliments, etc. The beach is sandy, the pools are clean and not overcrowded. The food in the restaurants is fresh and delicious. Last but not least, they have amazing animation team with multiple activities all day long for both adults and kids. Highly recommend this hotel for families, we will definitely return with pleasure!

It was amazing vacation! The hotel room was clean, the staff was very polite, the swimming pools were clean and the beach is very close and clean as well. There are so many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the hotel for vacation with kids as well because there are a lots activities for the kids starting 10:30 a.m. and finishing 11:00 p.m. We will return back for sure!

You have a lot of choice. It’s important to know that the drinks are free of charge for breakfast but for dinner (if you are all inclusive - lunch too) you have to pay separately. •very nice spa and fitness •every wednesday they have greek night 🇬🇷

The beach is nice, clean, with clean and warm water. The pool area is clean and the staff is very polite. The food diversity was ok at dinner.

I would have taken the time to write a good review because the place deserves a good one, but the fact that for a 5 star hotel the room air conditioning is not working as it should makes me write a bad review. When we got in the room the temperature was 25+ degree Celsius, after 8 hours of air conditioning running and calling the reception 2 times, at night the room temp got to 24 degrees. I don't know about other people but this is not comfortable and at night when we got in the room the dial showed 23.5 and after just sitting in the room 2 adults and one child the temperature would climb to 25. Calling the 3ed time to get this sorted I got another tech person in the room and the same answer, all is ok, just set it to your desired temp and wait, guess what's, I've set it to 5 and nothing. All the good things about this place were cancelled the minut I got in the room at night and woke up in the morning soaked wet. The breakfast was exactly the same every morning and the food at dinner was kind of too salty.

The spa center pool policy for children - limited hours. Outdoor pools were with quite cold water.

There is a huge variety of meat, fish, salads and all of them are incredibly tasty. The desserts are decorated beautifully and are very tasty and different desserts. Words are not enough to describe the delicious food. This is our second visit to this hotel, 5 or 6 years ago we were there again and now we are even more satisfied with our stay. There is a large and varied children's corner. The beach is wide and sandy, which is rare for the beaches of Halkidiki because most of them are stone. Cleanliness is at a very high level - towels are changed several times a day.

Maybe the water in the spa pool should be a little warmer, especially in the spring season when the sea water is still cold.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and the cleanliness is spot on. I appreciate that the towels are replaced in the afternoon as well, which for a seaside resort is making a huge difference. The staff in the Myrtales restaurant is the most professional staff I encountered, they were paying attention to every single detail. One the waitresses from the pool and beach area, Kiki, is an asset to the hotel. Really friendly, remembered all our preferences and always smiling. A true professional! Also, the receptionist that check us out was really friendly and professional, unfortunately I can’t remember her name.Overall the hotel worths the money and I recommend it!

I booked double rooms and I was given twins. Ioana from reception/housekeeping offered us the option to wait for other double rooms to be ready despite being past check-in time, or to have the beds in the first rooms put together and having a topper above the mattress. We agreed to have a topper and stay there. The housekeeping came to sort it out, but we realized only after the first night that we never had a topper only just a mattress between the beds. We chased reception two days in the row to have a topper cause we could feel the gap and in the end the only solution was a sort of a blanket above the mattress. We didn’t want to move rooms as we were staying for 8 nights and having a lot of stuff. Also, for a 5* hotel the breakfast staff, bar and beach staff are sub par, some of the not even saying hello, forgetting things and always just wanted to get the job done and go home. The lock on my door died, which can happen, there’s no one fault but the first technician that came to fix it said he will do it in few hours and until then I have to stay with the door unlocked. I agreed but in the evening I had to call reception cause he never came back. They sent someone else that fix it in 2 minutes. So I just assumed that he wasn’t bothered to work. For a hotel like this is a shame because on the other hand, some of the are absolutely incredible and hard working. I definitely understand that mistakes can happen or things getting broken, but the matter is the staff attitude and how they manage it.

Everything was special at Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel. The location is absolutely gorgeous and they have such an amazing garden! The hotel has amazing pools, multiple bars, multiple restaurants, a huge wellness and spa area, and it also has a beautiful private beach with amazing sand! The rooms are very clean and comfy, and their staff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again to this location.
