Location is quite strategic and easy to reach from many differrent directions. The room is OK for obe guest like me, but if you put another one, you may have to.book a bigger room for comfort.

Staff needs capacity building training as their response was slow and kind of below expectation for a **** hotel. But those at the front desk were OK.

it needs some serious renovations carpets were dirty bathroom wasn’t nice the chairs are too old…the bathroom in the ground floor was so bad I didn’t dare to look at the walls or the ceiling

I expected alot with the paid price, but I have a lot of complaints: Room was noisy, you can hear your neighbours talking and phone calls, I can even hear them tapping at the window. A tile from the floor broke lose. Breakfast was average at best. The bathroom amenities were very poor, I mean with such price you cant even provide individual soaps???. Internet keep disconnecting every few minutes. At average, I feel like staying at those 2 stars hotels

gym is too hot and some is broken. breakfast has a lot choices but not many proteins

good location and the price is cheap enough.

the Hotel is too old, the furniture is very standard and old. the bed is comfortable but I find out the bed sheet is smell like also pillow cushion is so smelled and the ant is everywhere. there are really good staff and very welcome. when I'm complaining about it they are listening politely. my option you need to renovate the hotel.
