Es war alles bestens, Lage, herrliche Aussicht, schöne Terrasse mit wunderbaren Blumen, Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten,
das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, sogar die Eier wurden jeweils nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

The single room had a nice balcony with a view to the mountains. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wonderful variety. The location is great for starting hiking as well as nearby the town center.

No air conditioning but understand due to the house facility....best to stick with the traditional methods.

Friendly/helpful host who gave us great advice for the area - skiing Meran 2000, local restaurants...walking distance

Met a wonderful guest from Berlin who shared so many great life adventures - a man of 80 that clearly lived and loved life - a pleasure to meet such folk - a Mercedes fan and (past) biker - good on him.
Good command of English (and other languages)

Tricky to find - GPS had us doing circles.....there is a sign though...obvious when seen !! (there are hundreds of signs)
