Convenient location, good parking and facilities.

The toilet may have a slight issue flushing in bathroom 1

This was a great apartment and I would stay here again, literally opposite Luna Park and the tram stop right outside the door. Easy walking to Acland Street and the too many to list outstanding restaurants, local shops and supermarket. It is very spacious and easily accommodated 6 people. About a 10 minute walk from where Skybus (Peninsula Express) drops you off. Across the road to the beach. The host was easy to contact on on this occasion was able to accommodate an early check in.

The apartment was toasty warm (which was nice as we stayed in the middle of winter) but the aircon was a little noisy.

Location was really great and the apartment had everything we needed and it was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and we had a lot of room to move around. Apartment was mostly clean.

Bathrooms, particularly the showers were not very clean. The cords for the blinds were all loose hanging and not attached to the wall which is not only extremely dangerous for young children but also against federal legislation.

The location was perfect for our stay! Right in the middle of St Kilda! Perfect for a weekend away! Hosts were also very helpful and responsive to messages. We will definitely be back!

The price was a bit higher than we were expecting to spend

Fantastic host, great position and outlook. Facilities were excellent. Location allows you to immediately access Ackland Street eateries, Palais, Luna Park and StKilda beach and the tram stops at the front door. We will definitely stay again

First off, This was out of the hosts and buildings control,. There was a bit of a fracas in the carpark out the back when the night clubs emptied out , so that got a bit loud.
