La casa è circondata da un giardino di oltre 1000 m2, con piscina, pergola, barbecue e basket. L'appartamento situato al piano terra è stato recentemente ristrutturato e arredato ed è composto da 3 camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale, un'altra con due letti e una terza con letto estraibile. C'è un altro appartamento all'ultimo piano ma non è in uso, NON condividi il tuo soggiorno con nessuno. Ampio e luminoso soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, schermo piatto HD 40 'con AndroidTV, WIFI e DVD. Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, piano cottura a induzione, forno a microonde e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Lavatrice e asciugatrice Un bagno completo con doccia. Portico attrezzato e pergolato con vista sul giardino.
Vi è la possibilità di parcheggiare il veicolo nel cortile anteriore dove ci sono due grandi magnoli che danno il nome alla proprietà.
La piscina di 10x5 m con lettini è circondata da erba e si trova accanto a una pergola coperta con un grande divano e un tavolo da pranzo.
Comunicazioni: la villa è strategicamente situata a pochi metri dall'accesso all'Alhambra e alla tangenziale. C'è una fermata dell'autobus che copre il percorso Centro-Alhambra alla stessa porta. Se lo desideri, puoi raggiungere a piedi il centro città facendo una piacevole passeggiata in soli 20 minuti.
In auto e attraverso il tunnel della Ronda Sur è possibile accedere alla Sierra Nevada, a Motril e alla tangenziale di Granada.
Ambiente: Dalla sua fantastica posizione è possibile raggiungere sia la spiaggia (Costa Tropical) che la stazione sciistica in circa 35 minuti. Il parco acquatico Aquaola si trova a circa 3 chilometri di distanza. A 200 metri di distanza si trova il centro sportivo comunale Bola de Oro, con campi da tennis, paddle tennis, calcetto, basket e piscina coperta. Nella stessa strada, a pochi metri di distanza, puoi trovare bar, ristoranti, pasticcerie, supermercati, parrucchieri, farmacie, banche, ecc.
Granada: a Granada, una città storica, è possibile visitare, tra gli altri, l'Alhambra e il Generalife dichiarati patrimonio dell'umanità, la Cattedrale con la Cappella reale, l'Alcaicería (ex quartiere ebraico) e l'Albaicín. The whole experience was super from start to finish. Javier made everything so easy by sending videos of how to gain access etc. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside pool area was perfect for our needs. The pool was very clean and the covered seating area was large and allowed us to be outside and yet be out of the sun. The location was in a built up area but was far enough from the road so there was no traffic noise. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend the villa. Gracias Javier ☺️

Really impressed by this villa and its location. Javier was exceptional in his communication, and any issues we had were dealt with promptly. The villa itself was immaculate and was very well equipped, and the garden well kept.
Very close to the city centre, a nice 20 minute walk by the river takes you into town, or there’s a bus stop just outside the house. The bus service is very good, we used it a lot. (Buy a Credibus Card..journeys are so much cheaper with one.)
The surrounding area has plenty of local bars/coffee shops/ restaurants…highly recommend Bar El Rio by the river.
We stayed for 2 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this villa.

The property is located directly across from the bus stop which means it is great for getting about or its just a 30 min walk along the river if you wish to walk which is lovely and you can grab food or drink along the way.
The host was very informative when we arrived providing us with lots of great information about the area, food, drink and places to go.
The property itself needs a bit of love putting into it as its looking tiered and alot of the furniture is different to what the pictures show so first impressions were a little disappointing.
The outdoor area needs attention the grass was dead, the pool was murky the whole time we were there and area itself needs a good pressure wash, again this could be beautiful like it was in the pictures.
The gate, front door and back door all need some attention as none of them close easily.
Overall we had a great stay but felt expensive for what it was.

The house has a pleasant surprise, which is the garden. We didn´t anticipate an almost panoramic view on the hills around. The river across the fence is a lovely background noise.
Inside it is very functional, for us, with 7 people it was quite tight but then you hardly spend any time inside anyway. Every room has A/C, which is fantastic so they can be cooled down for the night.
Beds are totally fine.
The kitchen is small but functional, as far as aplliances and tools it´s pretty basic, especially when you´re a large group. There is no oven and the crockery and cutlery, especially bigger bowls are pretty thin and not very high standard. It works though, especially if you don´t cook for large groups.
The garden and especially the patio with grill are in medium shape cleanliness-wise and were pretty messy when we got there. The wind immediately blows dust and leaves all over the place so it´s not easy to keep it pretty. We had to wipe down the patio and furniture and especially the grill was in terrible shape, not sure if because of previous guests or neglect from the owners. Once we had it clean it´s a lovely, spacious place to hang out in.
Perfect location to the bus stop right outside, very easy to move around.
One major nuisance are the doors, almost all of them creak loudly and keep the house impossible to move around in quietly.
Javi is a great contact, always helpful and available and the staff are super nice and friendly.

The pics don’t do this justice!
The garden is beautifully planted with shaded outdoor seating by the house and pool. A good size BBQ if you want to cook one night.
You can hear the river at the back of the garden and birds when outside, it’s very peaceful.
The sitting room is spacious with 3 and 2 seater sofas. The kitchen is well equipped and basics were provided on arrival which made life easier. Very comfortable for a family of five.
Everything is well presented and clean. Games and pool floats were included for children. My basketball mad son was very pleased with the hoop.
We ate out locally at Asador curro and
Pedro pepperoni, both were excellent and walking distance. In town we were recommended Los Manueles and ate there many nights!
Avoid the expensive underground parking in town and park in a side streets on the outskirts, a few cents until 9pm then free. You need to register online though.
We enjoyed live music at the LemonRock bar if flamenco is not your thing. The Alhambra is very close and 30 mins to Monachil for walks in Sierra Nevada which we would definitely recommend.
For supermarkets there is a mercadona and a Lidl nearby at Serallo plaza. Also a local one at the riverside less than 5 mins walk with most things. If you like to shop then Nevada shopping mall is only 10-15 minutes drive but remember where you park your car or you’ll never find it again, it’s vast!

We enjoyed this stay so much, so rare to have a spacious house with a lovely pool that you can swim in that is within walking distance of the city centre and the Alhambra. The property was spotlessly clean and the bathroom has been updated to a lovely shower room. We enjoyed the local restaurants and the walk along the river into town each day. Can’t recommend this enough!

Nice stay for Granada visit
We stayed 3 nights for a short visit to Granada city. So we did not spent a lot of time at the appartement during the day. The house met the expectations. Nice check-in with Javier, he gave a lot of tips. The house is provided with basic needs for kitchen and bathroom (salt, pepper, olive oil, soap etc). We made use of the gas barbecue which was nice. Large garden. Due to weather conditioner we could not make use of the swimming pool. But the swimming pool also needed to be cleaner, the water was quite dirty. Busstop in front of the house for easy travelling to the city centre.

Casa grande confortable
La casa es amplia, dispone de toallas y sábanas en todas las habitaciones y camas, jabón de manos y gel de ducha y champú en el baño, así como secador de pelo. Ducha muy grande. La cocina completamente equipada con cafetera de cápsulas, microondas, vitrocerámica, y frigorífico grande. Habitaciones amplias y con armarios grandes salvo la que tiene litera que es más justita pero suficiente. Jardín inmenso y piscina con tumbonas y zona de barbacoa con mesa y sillones a modo chill out cubierto. Por ponerle alguna pega la puerta de una de las habitaciones y de la cocina no cerraban y uno de los sofás el que también era cama no era demasiado cómodo ya que se movían los cojines del asiento, pero todo lo demás perfecto. Dispone de bomba de calor/aire acondicionado y radiadores eléctricos en cada estancia. Ubicación buena, se llega al centro enseguida en coche y a la Alhambra también, y hay en frente una parada de autobús. Zona tranquila pero hay unos cuantos bares donde tapear rico.

Havre de paix au porte de Grenade
Nous avons passé quelques jours à Grenade. L Alhambra est un lieu magnifique. A ne pas manquer. Pour le centre ville il y a des bus directs qui vous y amènent rapidement. Le logement est très agréable et spacieux et l accueil chaleureux.

Muy buena experiencia, con un único problema
Aspectos positivos:
-Ubicación ideal para ver tanto la Alhambra como el centro de Granada, en un entorno tranquilo. Muy fácil acceso a la carretera de Sierra Nevada .
- Casa muy agradable y cómoda, con un gran jardín y piscina. No lo hemos aprovechado por ser diciembre, pero en primavera o verano debe ser estupendo.
- Javier, el agente inmobiliario que nos atendió fue extremadamente amable, educado y agradable.
Aspecto negativo:
- Solamente uno, pero muy importante: no funcionaba el agua caliente, por lo que no nos hemos podido duchar a gusto en 4 días. Javier intentó arreglarlo, pero no lo consiguió. Ha sido una gran incomodidad. Si no fuera por eso, le daría 4 o 5 estrellas. Otro aspecto a mejorar (menos grave) es la limpieza inicial del menaje.

Casa muy espaciosa
Nos han atendido muy bien. La casa está muy bien ubicada. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades, las mesas amplias para comer todos juntos sin problema, jardín espacioso para que los niños jueguen... Lo único es falta de limpieza en la parte exterior de la casa... El resto todo bien. Volveríamos a repetir...

Una gran estancia en Granada.
La casa es muy acogedora y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Está muy completa en todos los aspectos: menaje, toallas, wifi...
El exterior tiene una gran superficie para disfrutarla. La piscina es grande y la zona para comer y sentarse también está cómoda.

Lieu très agréable bien situé espace vert et piscine super chouette maison bien équipée
Petit bémol, la piscine n'a jamais été nettoyée durant notre séjour...Et une fois le séjour terminé j'ai voulu prendre contact avec le propriétaire pour une montre que j'ai oublié la, appel sms et aucune nouvelle... Mais bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Sejour à Grenade juillet 2019
Quartier périphérique de Grenade mais proche du centre et de l alhambra.Bon confort général , une seule salle de bain pour 5 personnes .Très bon accueil et suivi de Xavier le correspondant qui est intervenu tres rapidement pour régler les petits soucis.
Grande piscine agréable qui pourrait être un peu mieux entretenue.Bon sejour en général.

Agréable séjour
Villa agréable, la piscine en est le point fort.
Par contre, contrairement au descriptif, il n'y a pas de table de ping-pong, ni de gril. La villa est à mon sens destinée à accueillir 6 vacanciers (plutôt que 8).
Située à quelques minutes (en voiture ou bus) de l'Alhambra, je vous conseille vivement cette visite.

You can't beat having a pool
Good sized apartment. This was towards the end of our trip with the family, and the kids loved having a break for the pool. Easy drive to Alhambra, there are a couple good restaurants within short walk (try Asador Curro for tapas dinner). It is not in the old part of town near some of the sights, but for our purposes this was perfect.

Herrliche Unterkunft für Besucher von Granada und Umgebung.
Alles war sauber und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Ungestörtsein im Haus und vorallem im Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Der Bus fährt gleich neben dem Haus in die Stadt.Das Auto kann geschützt im Schatten im Hof geparkt werden.
Gerne kommen wir wieder!

A lovely villa with a gorgeous pool yet only a short walk into Granada.
Clean and comfortable with a gorgeous garden.Great outdoor facilities.Owners incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs. It only took us 35 minutes to walk to the Alhambra and about 20 minutes into the center of Granada. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed with 8 people. The house was comfortable and had enough space for everyone. Outside the house there is a lot of seating furniture, perfect for eating lunch together. The swimming pool was awesome.
The location was also very good, you are 300 m away from the Autostrada and can reach a big supermarket in under 5 minutes by car. There‘s a bus stop directly in front of the house, so you can reach the center of Granada very fast. By foot it’s about 20 minutes.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay
Everything you need for a comfortable stay, great garden and pool area. Villa a little dated in places but overall very clean .well situated for getting out and about as bus stop right outside property. Supermarket a short walk down the road.

lovely place
We enjoyed our stay overall. The house is in good condition and well equipped. It is very conveniently located with a bus stop just outside and only a twenty minutes walk into town. The pool is a good size and quite deep. Thank you Veronica and Fernando for your promptness in answering our queries and being available during our stay.

Granada itself is a lovely town lots of lovely shops and very clean and a good bus service
The property was lovely very nice garden area and pool are was very impressive with a nice barbecue and undercover area with shade when it gets too hot. Inside was nice and clean and plenty of room, kitchen was lovely but there was no cooker which we would have preferred but we made do with the hob and microwave oven. Internet worked really well which pleased the kids, lovely big TV.
Not much information about the surrounding areas or how to get there and it would be best to hire a car as we found it hard to communicate with the locals as our Spanish is almost non existent and couldn't really communicate with the shop keepers or bus drivers. The villa was great but didn't really like the street it was in the villa next door is very run down and about 4 neglected dogs running around and barking all hours of the night which was annoying however once you get into the town of Granada it is lovely.

Super séjour
Super séjour dans cette maison vraiment fraîche pour l'endroit, idéal pour les enfants. La maison était très propre et le personnel de maintenance très sympatique. Toute les fournitures sont conformes à l'annonce et cerise sur le gâteau le jardin est vraiment un havre de paix pourtant si proche de la ville. D'ailleurs la ville est accessible à quelques arrêts en bus, ce qui n'est pas négligable. Les soirées au salon autour de la grande piscine sont très agréable. Tout est très bien aménagé et la literie est de qualité. En bref, des conditions idéales pour passer un agréable séjour sans soucis. Nous reviendrons très certainement car Grenade a été un coup de coeur.

Apartment that has it all!
First off all very friendly service by all involved. Finding an apartment to rent with so much garden, pool and everything like this in walking distance from the city centre is almost uniqeu. The rooms are clean and everything needed for a good vacation is there and functioning well.
When visiting Granada again I would surely like to go to the apartment again.
