the bathroom was exstreamly compact, and very very dark

No English tea or food Wi-Fi was terrible I had to login every couple of hours I used my passport more times for Wi-Fi than in the airport

The hotel has an excellent view, it has both swimming pool and private beach. If you compare only for location then this place is value for money and that's the sole reason why hotel is not bothered on enhancing experience on customer service. Breakfast was quite lavish and hot breads were served.

The staff is very arrogant and not at all supportive. Whatever request you make , it will be rejected upfront. Minor facilities like water bottles ,hot water kettle, bell boy nothing is provided. When you reach this place it's like you are on your own. The money you pay is only for using the facility and nothing else. The rooms are dusty and the beds are very small. They charge for kids 5 years and above but do not provide any extra bedding. In the family room they have 2 rooms, living room and bed room. One split AC is provided in the bedroom while neither AC or Fan is available in the living room so it becomes very hot. Also as it's next to water bodies in the evening mosquitoes will attack and thus windows can't be kept open.

The breakfast was always the same , no milk, no cereal , nothing sweet to eat The sea was full of seaweed and theres alot of grass on the bottom of the sea The dinner wasnt self serviced , very traditional meals it was exceptional but not worth the price

a few things didn’t work well: the toilet water flushing was partially broken (it kept running until I press it a few times), the drying rack was broken, the bed was squeaky

The hotel has a Private Beach. The Beach It is not big but was not crowded at all. The staff was very good. The room was well cleaned and comfortable. The Pools for kids/children are awesome. Good food and excellent cuisine. Value for money

The fridge was connected to the same electrical circuit that the bulbs and sockets in the room, so the fridge was only running when we were in the room. Poor WiFi Signal in the rooms.

Never again here. Very dirty, we had the same towels for 6 days, the food was...something to chew with no taste, the plates were dirty as well. The hotel have a good location , with good potenttial but only that. You dont feel welcome there...... and by the way, they should inform the guests that the hotel dont have toilet paper. You must go to the recepsion and ask for it. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT !!!

Views from the rooms were excellent, both in the day and during the night. Beachfront hotel and easy to find.

The wifi could be better.

The room with sea views has a generous size. nice to have a fridge in the room and air conditioner. Good detail to have a net against mosquitoes/flies in the french door to the terrace. Double curtain to the terrace, so you can decide if you want light in keeping privacy or completely dark. Good food and excellent cuisine. Prices and portions for drinks and food are fear. The staff is very helpful and they work/behave in a professional manner. Good detail of having sanitizer gel in the entry of the hotel, also in the 2 entries for the restaurant.

The melis was more like a BnB but you get what you paid for , cleaner was around every morning and was very helpful, staff were friendly but just one man who was on on nights has no English at all which was hard for us to communicate , food isn’t the best option as they don’t have all food at the time, they don’t stock much but I was having treatment done n was great to stay there to hide from people we were the only ones there for most of the week.

It was a little outside the town took ten mins in a taxi each time

Being right on the beach was nice, although it was a small strip of sand

My partner and I decided to splurge and spend extra on a sea view room for three nights. Once we got there we were disappointed to realize in fact we couldn't see the sea at all. Photo attached for reference. We asked the hotel manager if it was possible to refund us the difference between a sea view room and a standard room, a reasonable request we thought, and they refused to do so. Absolutely terrible customer service, they are advertising standard rooms as sea view rooms. On other notes - the toilet was broken, bed was hard and room had a terrible lingering smell. Leaving this place left us with negative memories from Kusadasi. Would not recommend!!!
