The excellent sea-front location, the ancient but well renovated building, the kindness and the efficiency of the property personnel, the embroidered linen!
A new and firm mattress might be needed.

There was no one to meet us after a arduous drive, it was an extremely uninviting entrance behind a huge locked door - no reception - did not look safe for two single elderly ladies - we didn’t stay and have been charged full rate including taxes - totally unimpressed by booking.com - will never use them again!!!!

I went there with my partner end of may to do some Freediving and enjoy the seaside. Casa Pagliano is a beautiful and well kept historical house just in front of the sea and in the heart of the town. we stayed in room LA SPIAGGIA and we loved every detail and the view. the room has air conditioning and lovely furniture. it was not super big but we managed to perfectly fit the luggages and Freediving gears including a big monofin and a buoy. I also loved the friendly and welcoming stuff and breakfast was amazing with also vegan and lactose free cakes and milk alternatives. we will come back. super recommended. Thank you

the location was great and loved the frescoes in the main entrance. breakfast was very good.
the curtains in the bedroom were too small for the window so the bright streetlights streaming into the room all night made it difficult to sleep. the check-in felt rushed and impersonal.

Absolutely stunning place. Stunning artwork, history and ceilings, as well as a fantastic view of the sea. Great hosts, great atmosphere. A real hidden gem of Noli. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Pagliano in Noli. Great location, gorgeous rooms with sea view and super helpful and very nice staff. Definitely worth a visit! Noli is very pretty and Casa Noli is a perfect spot for a long or short stay.

The property is in a renovated apartment in an old building. High ceilings everywhere.
We had a balcony with a fantastic view over the sea. Just loved sitting there enjoying the sunset.
The breakfast is excellent. One of the best ones we had on our trip.
The parking in Noli is a big problem. When we arrived at 12:00 we had to give up parking and drove into the hills for lunch. Coming back we found that parking is 32 euro per day unless you are very lucky to find a free spot.
The shower was the smallest I have ever seen and leaked on the floor. A few jobs needed to be done, which made it look a bit scruffy sometimes. A pity because the place is really gorgeous.
