Welcome to the Meadows, an exceptionally exclusive community in Beaver Creek, nestled in the world renowned Vail Valley. This uniquely designed, four level, walk to slopes (100 yards to slopes ) mega-townhome at Meadows offers spacious luxury accommodations and an optimal location to use as your Rocky Mountain base-camp. Featuring an enormous great room with high vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows boasting spectacular views of the mountain landscape. Abstract art adorns the walls and adds a splash of modernity to the rustically refined upscale mountain decor. The large granite stone hearth wood fireplace compliments the living space with the warmth of true welcome. There’s a full gourmet kitchen with open space plan, well accoutered with all the popular amenities. Main level opens up onto a deck overlooking the ski mountain and tennis courts. The main floor master suite is supremely well-proportioned with lots of lounging space. Ski storage just off the garage. A common area hot tub just adjacent to the front door welcomes you. The slopes are just a a short 100 yard walk away to the Highlands chairlift. The entire ‘premium package’ offered at Meadows J3 provides absolutely everything you’ll need to experience the adventure of a lifetime.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.
