The Hotel has a fantastic location in a very beatiful area of the Marina and is great value for money. The staff is very elegant in their uniforms and they've been absolutely lovely all the time. The room was very spacious and had 2 balconies with nice view. We enjoyed also the pool areas - lovely views as well from each pool. Very happy with the Hotel and we will be back for sure!

The staff were exceptional, as was the location. I loved the pools, alone with the herbal steam room and sauna. Our room, a deluxe one bedroom, was massive with 1.5 baths and 2 balconies. Loved being able to people watch from the balcony and loved there there was a hotel entrance exactly on the marina walk.

يوجد مشكلة في نظافة الماء في الحمام حيث يظهر اللون اصغر رقم الشقة 1201وكذلك العزل غير جيد في الغرفة الرئيسية تسمع صوت السيارات في الخارج والازعاج

Staff was very polite and helpful; Parking outdoor and garrage; Location was very good right in the Dubai Marina; elevators quick; large apartments;

Sound proof of the rooms, the noise from thebusy road was present inside all the time (windows closed);

The room, the personal, the food and the other minor things were perfect

I can't find something that was not good

Location is perfect, there is gym, pool and even steam/sauna (although I didn't use those). The apartments are quite spacious. There are all necessary features in the rooms, including washing machine, cooker, kettle, fridge, etc. There were 1.5 bathrooms in our 1-bed flat which was very handy. Main bathroom was of a good size too. There are lots of supermarkets around with 24/7 Carrefour just across the road. On the day of the checkout we asked for a slight extension - just for 1 hour - as we had planned a trip to the Palm. Reception team agreed to that which was a nice gesture. We ended up not needing this 1 hour but still...

We were checked in to one of the accessible rooms, which meant that there was no standard shower/bathtub. I would be okay with that if the check in staff informed us about it in advance and also offered a solution on how to deal with the water that spreads all over the bathroom when you try to take shower. We were looking forward to having a shower and resting after our flights, however when I opened the water i realised that the drainage isn't designed properly and water has just stayed on the floor - even though I just opened it for 1 min or so. When I contacted reception to try and solve the issue, no apology or explanation was given, just "OK OK I'll call you back". We ended up waiting for around 1.5 hours for them to move us. Another staff member completely dismissed our comments about the smell and air coming from the washing machine. Not sure if this was due to language barrier but it wasn't a great customer experience.
