Besonderes Gebäudeensemble direkt an der Rur gelegen. Parken direkt am Grundstück, was für Monschau besonders ist. Randlage Altstadt und dennoch sehr nah am Kern. Alles da, was gebraucht wird! Sehr netter Empfang mit ausführlichen Informationen.

Sehr komfortables und schön eingerichtetes Apartment in perfekter Lage.

Honden welkom. Parkeergelegenheid. Goed ontbijt. Ruime betaalbare appartementen. Prima locatie. Centrum op wandelafstand en toch rustig gelegen. Leuk uitstapje om met een groep vrienden naar toe te gaan!

De receptie was even zoeken, om de sleutels op te kunnen halen.

Das Frühstück war sehr üppig, tolles Ambiente. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt um alles in Monschau Fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.

Der ein oder andere Einrichtungsgegenstand könnte etwas sauberer sein. Die Schiebetür zum Bad müsste besser abschließen

Prachtig appartement aan de Ruhr op 5 min lopen van centrum Monschau . Zeer compleet ingericht en erg ruim.

Dat de locatie super dicht bij het centrum lag.

Ondanks dat het appartement na ons idee nog niet helemaal klaar was hebben wij genoten van appartement. Duurde lang dat de ruimte verwarmt was. De kleine ramen waren nog enkel glas waardoor de warmte ontsnapte.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, idyllisch gelegen und doch nah am Zentrum. Nicht luxuriös, aber alles was man brauchte war da.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten muss man noch ausbessern oder kann man verbessern. Ablage in der Dusche zum Beispiel. Ein Türrahmen war etwas rausgebrochen und Fussleiste im zweiten Schlafzimmer etwas locker. Aber sonst war alles gut.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum. Bei Problemen wurde schnell reagiert.

Die Wohnung war durch eine Haustür zum "Flur" erreichbar. Leider gab es keinen Hinweis auf eine Stufe hinter der Tür zum Flur. Beim Öffnen der Tür bin ich gestürzt und habe dabei den Haustürschlüssel abgebrochen.

Wir waren Selbstversorger. Keine Parkplatzsorgen. Die Möblierung war angenehm und nicht durchgesessen.

Im Badezimmer wäre eine Fußbodenheizung angebracht gewesen, da es sehr fußkalt war, trotz hohen Außentemperaturen von 29 Grad C. Ebenso wäre eine feste Duschabtrennung besser, als der Vorhang.

The location of the property was lovely next to the river and was within walking distance of the town. The property was clean and comfortable, the quality of the feather duvets were excellent. Despite there being several properties adjoined, it was very quiet, however the terrible weather may have been a factor in this, with people not being outside. Car parking is available on site at 10 euro per day. The keys for the property have to be collected from another address which is not far from the accommodation. Breakfast is also served at this location, which we did not have, as we would have preferred this to have been taken at our accommodation

The picture was as close as we got. This property is managed by 'VillaDelux'. We booked 10months ago and even up to 24hours before they were confirming our booking. When we arrived around 5pm we were asked to pay for the accommodation and then handed the keys. We were directed to a run down old building and found ourselves in the loft of a creaking 8 bed (probably to house gangs of bikers) apartment, completely unsuitable for us and definitely not what we would ever have booked. When we returned to reception, they refused to refund us. If they had, had the decency to tell us that they planned to fill one of their other properties rather than the one we booked, we could have at least booked somewhere else, but at 5pm at night in a foreign country we were effectively forced into accepting a really bad alternative. To add insult to injury the property we should have stayed at was within eyeshot and was still being advertised on booking.com. This is the worst booking that I have ever experienced and this company should not be allowed to operate so unethically. Unimpressed and unhappy.

Just a little tired inside and needed some fresh decoration

Great location, very comfortable spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Only 5 minute lovely walk into Monschau Would stay here again.

Key collection was a few minutes walk away, would be good to include a simple map to find reception. Bathroom could do with a fan.

Everything was super!

The apartment is placed close to the center of the town and all the restaurants and shops are in a few minutes walk. The equipment of the apartment was clean and perfect for two adults and two children including well equiped kitchen. The communication with the person responsible for hand over and take over was also without any problems. The historical building has its own unique atmosphere.
