Very spacious apartment, quiet, equipted kitchen, supermarket few minutes by car, bakery 5 minutes by foot.
The shower door was broken, and owner said they cannot fix it at that day. I guess because it was a holiday. Other than that diappointment, everything was great and we recommend this property.

Clean, secure, accessible, well furnished and good equipment. Garden was a lovely spot.
Raised sills on two doorways meant there was a trip/injury hazard that required vigilance.

House has nice stylized furniture, location is very beautiful... Pros is washing machine and drying machine...
Couch is old and broken... For small kids maybe even dangerous, because lower part can't be closed and some metal parts look out of it... Sleeping on it wasn't very pleasant anyway... Communication on weekend is only per email!

Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, having all amenities you might need - washer and dryer, dishwasher, sauna in the garden (extra towels too), and even a ping pong table.
Location is perfect in the middle of Reichenau, few minutes walk there is a Billa and a Spar, and opposite the road, a lovely pizzeria offering a good selection.

exceptional spacious apartment. close to nice italian restaurant and not so far from supermarket where to buy some groceries and prepare in well equiped kitchen. extra comfy pillows. nice garden with furniture.
toiletries - not sure if liquid soap was soap or dish washer in bathroom; seemed that in shampoo bottle was the same showergale what in showergale bottle.

Beautiful premises and lovely room; Sauna was amazing
Brilliant location: close to a bakery, supermarkets, restaurants. Easy to get to the Rax Seilbahn

It was not easy for 6 people to sleep and there was not much heating in the bedroom

Very comfortable, nicely furnished, clean, fully equipped, lovely pellet burner which provided lots of warmth and a great atmosphere. We were there for skiing ( drove to Semmering each morning) and it was just perfect. We went around the village, ate at the local restaurants- the Italian round the corner, there is a lovely bakery nearby. It’s just a very lovely place. Just over an hour from Vienna. Can’t fault the place- pretty perfect!
The information about where the ski cellar could have been input in the email - this would have saved emailing the owner.

Wonderful small vacation apartments, just like in the photos, If you want to explore the surrounding areas there’s no better place - My family has been coming here for many years and we plan on doing so in the future

This was an overall lovely stay. The building is historic and filled with personal touches that make it feel like home. There was a mishap with check-in (things happen) but both booking.com and the hosts responded kindly and quickly to resolve the problem, which impressed me. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great, silent location. Everything was available and provided as it was described. The communication was very easy, smooth. The accommodation was large, well equipped. There is no own parking but we could park on the same street very easily (less than 50m walk)

In the apartment on the 2nd floor, threre was an unpleasant smell (duct) in the bathroom, and the floor was creaking noisily.

It was very quiet , light and cosy. Kitchen is very small (No 5 flat) but well equiped, fridge with freezer.
If you travel with family and need to use sofa as a 2nd bed there is too much furniture. I would suggest to find toilet seat fitting the ceramic base, its moving…

The house is located in a very beautiful and central but quite place. There is only a few minutes walking to park, bakery, amazing hiking trails. The apartment is very large, really huge spaces - saloon, dining room, veranda. Bedroom with very comfortable king size bed. New, fully equipped and clean bathroom. Well equipped kitchen.
High ceilings, huge windows with a very green view. Around the house there is a very beautiful garden with amazing flowers.
The hosts respond quickly to requests and do their best to compensate for any inconvenience.
We rented TOP1 Apartment in this house. An unpleasant surprise for us was the condition of the apartment.
It is an ancient building, very beautiful but requires a thorough renovation. Very nice windows ,doors and beautiful parquet- but about 100 year old stuff cannot be in good condition. The walls have not been painted for a very long time.
When we arrived, the house was unventilated, so the air was heavy and with an unpleasant smell.
The poor condition of the apartment, old furniture mixed with IKEA furniture does not create a feeling of comfort.

The apartment is spacious, stylish, and very well-equipped. Gracious and responsive hosts.
A few ants were present. There was a daddy long legs spider in the kids bedroom.

Outstanding property and impeccably clean
Unfortunately there was noise from the next door building site but the hosts quickly helped us and I think the building will be finished soon .

Very well equipped. The balcony was excellent - would have been a bit small without which is why we chose it.
Lots of storage space, good size fridge.
Great location for walking to Reichenau for coffee, meals etc.
The coffee machine didn't work. The lamp at the end of the bed, between the two chairs was broken. The washing machine was broken. The boiler in the loo dripped water. There were flowers in the room but they were very dead when we arrived. Basically this let the place down.
The exterior of the building is very tired looking and the fact that you cannot park that near isn't great. It says in the instructions that there's plenty of parking available opposite on the street however there isn't. Immediately opposite it is private parking and what isn't private is further away and limited.
A car did park in the forecourt of the building but as we had been told there was no onsite parking we did not do this too.

Well located apartment in a small town surrounded by beautiful mountains and countryside. Apartment is very clean and spacious and very warm which was very welcome as we visited in the wintertime.
The sauna in the garden was a great addition but difficult to operate, sadly we could not get it to work on one evening. I think the operation panel was not functioning correctly.
