This condo is perfect for a stay at Bradenton Beach. It is directly across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and has a pool located in the back of the property. Jill was a wonderful host and very attentive to any and all of our needs. She kept an open line of communication should we have needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was in a perfect location. We loved that end of the island and the few short steps to the beach! The cottage was adorable and so very comfortable for all of us to relax in the evenings and rainy afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (bring your own groceries ), it was super clean and Jill was a fantastic owner/manager to communicate with. We will be back!

Jill was very communicative and helpful when needed. The property is in a great location for beach access (right across the street) and within walking distance of multiple restaurants/bars. Good amount of room for a family of four. You do share the pool area with a couple of other units and the pool isn't very big but we didn't swim much and the temporary "neighbors" we talked to were nice so these weren't a negative for us. Great time overall.

Exactly as described and pictured. No surprises. Very nice little beach condo with two bedrooms and one bath. Greatly appreciated the cubbies in each room for organizing our items. Located just across the street from the beach. The pool is small, but we had it to ourselves here and there and even when shared, it is only a few condos total that share it (4 I think). Not many places on AMI with pools, so it was nice to have. There is a lovely spa/massage place right across the street as well which is really nice. Jill was very communicative and helpful. The washer was not working, but there were plenty of towels for our short stay. The only real negative is there is no dishwasher and guests are asked to wash dishes themselves. The guests before us must have just rinsed things and put them back because all the dishes were dirty. The coffee mugs had rings of old coffee in them. This was pretty gross and the reason for the 3 stars for cleanliness. Everything else was clean and organized.

We loved every minute of our stay! The cottage is comfy, cute, and very clean. We loved being so close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Jill was very welcoming and provided great communication. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again!

My first time on AMI - So happy i chose to stay here! Clean, cute, quiet place with everything you need and more. Owner is very communicative and very responsive- she made sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Access to an uncrowded, white sand beach is just steps away. Publix is just down the road and the free island shuttle stop is also practically in front of the door. I am very happy to have found this little gem, it was a very peaceful little getaway, i will certainly be back!

This was my first trip to AMI and I’m so glad I chose this property to stay in. Nicely remodeled, comfy bed, and well laid-out. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach, it’s seriously a one-minute walk. Pool was warm enough to get in and the patio was enjoyable too.

Such a great sunny place SO close to a fantastic beach. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you need to cook and prepare food. For being so central to everything, it was so quiet at night. No road or other noise. The owner responded to questions via text within a few minutes. We loved our stay there!

Booked a quick getaway and the property was everything I needed to feel rejuvenated. I love that the had lots of lights, easy to use/well stocked kitchen (gas stove!), and the pool. Would def stay here again.

The condo was well equipped with anything anyone could possibly want, spotlessly clean and daily checks from Jill to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was more than that. The location is the best we've ever stayed at; literally just across the street from an uncrowded beach. Definitely we will return!!

This was a beautiful, cozy home and we spent the greatest time in Anna Maria Island. Steps from the beach and so close to restaurants . I will stay longer in this convenient place next time.

Jill’s beach house was just perfect-the location, the decor, the accommodations and amenities. Felt like ‘home’, but better because you are just a couple minute’s walk from a beautiful, in crowded beach! Communication with Jill was great, and she went above and beyond in accommodating our extended family and their pup. Will definitely be back!

My family and enjoyed our stay at Jill’s cottage. She was very responsive and very accommodating. The location was perfect , right across from the beach and the pool toys and beach chairs were a wonderful bonus. We loved how small and intimate the property The pool area was perfect also. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon

I have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times now and I have had positive experiences each time. Property management is extremely responsive and accommodating. The property is gorgeous and well maintained every time. It is also just steps from public beach access. This is where I will stay anytime I am in the area.

Everything was great. Location is a very short walk to the beach. Property has everything you might need already in place and host is very responsive. Only complaint was there was a lot of dust that triggered my allergies. Although, If you are not sensitive to dust you wont even notice it.

I absolutely am in love with AMI, Jill was extremely helpful with restaurants, shopping etc. Here cottage was absolutely perfect for our family, we had 5 additional guest join us on the 4th and there was plenty of room for everyone. She supplied all beach chairs, floats, noodles etc. if you’re looking for quite and relaxing her place is perfect.

This was our first time at AMI. Jill checked in on us multiple times and gave us recommendations for dinner places. Everything was clean and just as described. It’s an excellent location being so close to the beach access. We will definitely be back! I definitely recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

What can I say?! We were so sad to leave AMI and Jill’s wonderful place. This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 and felt like a home away from home the moment we arrived. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. The pool was wonderful and being so close to be beach was incredible with two young kids. Neighborhood was quiet yet still close to anything we wanted to do. Jill was wonderful. What a great host! Our only complaint is that we couldn’t make it a two week trip….someday!!

This property was perfect for our family’s first trip to AMI! We loved the condo, and especially loved the pool! We appreciated all the beach gear provided as well. The property is a few steps from the beach and a trolley stop—couldn’t be beat. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Very clean and comfortable. Jill really cares about the property and it shows. The location was great. Convenient access to family across the bridges in Bradenton. Beach access right across the road. Free bus access just around corner. A week's stay wasn't long enough.

Place was as advertised and was less than 100 yards from the the nicest stretch of beach in the Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach area . So close, it was easy to walk back and grab things. Pool area was nice also and was right out the back door of our unit. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed. We grabbed food from the grocery store just a few blocks away. The trolly stop was right at the corner to take you wherever you needed to go on the island. VERY quiet area, which was nice.
Jill was a great communicator. Easy to get a hold of and responsive.

The unit was clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with all that you would need to cook at home.
The location couldn't have been more convenient to go to the beach. Jill supplied chairs and beach towels which made it wonderful. The owner is only a phone call away and will help with any concerns or questions one may have. We were there for a wedding so our stay was brief. I look forward to coming back, Jill is an awesome host. Thanks
