A soli 200 passi ad una bella, WIDE, spiaggia incontaminata! 1 ° piano offre un facile accesso per gli anziani ospiti. Cucina moderna completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito. Full size lavatrice / asciugatrice in unità (non comune). Aria condizionata e ventilatore a soffitto. Dedicato connessione WiFi gratuita. TV via cavo in camera fodera e ogni camera da letto. Spaziosi armadi in ogni camera da letto. Coperto veranda arredata. Grill a gas. Racchiuso doccia esterna. Un sacco di parcheggio fuori strada.

We had a great vacation on LBI. The location is great as it is 1 block to the beach. Able to sit on the porch and watch all the activity of beach Ave. The house is clean and reflects old school LBI cottages. Great value.

The house was clean, well kept, and very close to the beach which was ideal for early morning walks, midday trips, and nightly visits to watch the fireworks.

This is "our place" in LBI. Couldn't be any happier. Every stay is better than the last.

3 adults and 2 children stayed at the house. Two other adults stayed for a few days as well. We were all pleased with the rental. It was very clean and cozy. We were lucky to meet the owners who stayed on the 2nd floor while we were there. The owners were so nice. They kept to themselves as to not bother us, but I have two curious boys that like to meet new people. The owner was very accommodating. We will be returning next year.

Clean, well-equipped and lots of parking, this Beach Haven duplex was the perfect fit for our group. We had upstairs and downstairs units, and the upstairs deck was the perfect gathering spot. Corner location, outdoor shower and walk or bike to most attractions and eatery's. The owner was just lovely to work with. A great choice for our large group! Thank you for giving our family the opportunity to be together again - it was full of special memories and laughter.
