Lovely home for our trip to watch tennis. Easy to get to the tennis garden, close to Old Town, worked out well. Thanks to Nadia for her good communication.

The house was well stocked from the bathrooms to the kitchen. Everything went as planned. Nadia was very quick to respond to our every need. Place was quiet and lovely.

This house is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to muliple trails. We hiked every morning and once in the evening please make sure you do this as it is an awesome experience.
The house was very clean and has all the supplies you need as well as a BBQ and outdoor eating, as we cooked each meal at the house with ease.
The jacuzzi was great and heats up quickly but be warned the pool is super small, like a spool. It was great for us, as my kids are adults now and just float around, but if I had little ones I'd be disappointed.
There are beautiful mountain views in the front and the back and from every window. It is truly a relaxing atmosphere and rejuvenated all of us.
It is close to downtown LA Quinta where we had a great time shopping and got a wonderful massage.
Here are the cons: The beds could definitely be better. The bed in the masters was on slates that groaned and loudly squeaked and the mattress was terrible. My husband and I woke up multiple times a night, whenever he moved I would be jostled awake. One of the guest rooms has a super dupper soft mattress that you just sink into. Some people like that some people would hate it so be warned.
One of television's in the guest bedroom was unplugged because there is no remote and it's stuck on the golf channel...so that may be your paradise, but we were disappointed.
The pool was pretty dirty due to winds and even though we cleaned it ourselves with the net several times it needs a vacuum.
If we would have contacted the owner about the small issues I am sure she would have fixed it, as we had an issue with the spa and she sent someone within the hour to fix it.
I definitely recommend this home.

Very nice home in a very quiet area of La Quinta. Spacious, with lovely new and efficient BBQ.
Property owner was always quick to respond and help with questions. Pool and hot tub were a little confusing to use and we recommended an instruction manual for future guests. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The property lives up to the favorable reviews. Spacious, very clean & well maintained. Nadia was easy to communicate with, and the instructions/directions were all very clear. In a nice location in La Quinta near the top of the cove - quiet & peaceful with easy hiking access nearby.

Very spacious, clean, and well managed property with a lovely spa / pool area and nice living room. We were in town for a golf trip with courses mostly in the La Quinta area, so the location was perfect. Much easier for a small group than trying to coordinate a hotel!

Perfect rental to bring the family for a wedding! The surrounding mountains and pool created a tranquil desert vaca for my young family. The house was perfection too- probably one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in!
The only thing I would have loved was a hose to clean off outdoor furniture after two days of sandstorms. But other than that-it was perfect!

This home is very professionally run and managed. The check in process is easy, the house is very well laid out and equipped. We didn't find anything missing that we wanted. The home is actually much bigger than the pictures look and the living room couch is quite comfortable with plenty of room. We didn't spend a lot of time outside as we were out and about most days, but the hot tub was lovely, it takes about 40 minutes to heat up. La Quinta is a great location and this house is just down the street from several hiking trails in the canyon. The wifi is also very good. We would definitely stay here again.

House was actually bigger than we expected, large rooms, comfortable beds, couches, etc. Large kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the propane tank was nearly empty throughout our visit and not filled while we were there, so we were not able to heat the pool and spa. Other than that, better than advertised.

The house was in a perfect location for my plans to play often at golf courses nearby. Close to the top of the cove for hiking and proximity to the nice restaurants in old town La Quinta. The beds were comfortable and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of golf! ( a little tricky to operate and heat properly but just follow the instructions closely) The house is very spacious and plenty of room to move around. Had a few issues with the gas grill but Nadia (property manager) took care of the problem right away! She is very prompt to respond and that's what matters. The crew that cleaned before my arrival needs to pay attention to a few more details. Counter tops and tables were not cleaned to my standards and the vacuuming around base boards and in the corners including base boards themselves need a deep cleaning to get up all the little dust bunnies. I know good help is hard to find these days and what you get can be questionable at times. But, all in all I would give it a 9 out of 10 and would certainly go back again!

This house worked for us. It was a good hub for our outings to Palm Springs, Indian Wells, & Joshua Tree NP. We enjoyed the open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and the option to relax by the pool or spa. It is worth noting that Nadia’s communications are super responsive and helpful.

This home was great. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Nadia, the owner was excellent at communicating. She made sure we checked in alright and that everything met our expectations. Towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. I would just take a couple beach towels for the pool. The pool is perfect for adults just lounging. I would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Great cozy home for a medium size family. We are a small family so it acommodated our in laws as well. Kids had a blast in the pool, the size made it easier to keep them close and safe. Great communication with the owner whenever I had any questions.

We had a great time here for my sons 6th birthday. We had 3 little ones ages 5-7, and they had a blast in the pool. I would say the pool is medium size and about 4-5 feet deep. The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s about 10-15 mins from shopping centers or for a quick store run. The host was so friendly and fast when responding with any questions I had.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home over Christmas. Five of us had plenty of room to relax. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We enjoyed the Mountain Views and great hiking just a few blocks up the street. We would love to return some day.

This was our first experience with VRBO and staying at a property in lieu of hotels. We traveled to La Quinta for an Ironman race and having all of the amenities of a house is the way to go! Not to mention having a hot tub to relax in, in the days following the race. This house is VERY spacious and clean. Host is super responsive to correspondence and very helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

We visited Palm Springs area early October and stayed at this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely newly remodeled 3 bedroom house, tastefully furnished with huge kitchen and living room! You can cook out at the backyard and enjoy a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The house is clean, spacious, beautiful and quiet. You can easily fit three families in there and it won't be crowded. They have everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, dish ware, silverware, laundry room - it's pretty much like staying at the villa for a bargain price! The house is very close to downtown La Quinta (less than 10 minutes) and to Palm Springs (a little over 30 minutes). We ended up staying at the house and just relaxing most of the time - it's so beautiful and tranquil, we didn't want to go anywhere else! We will definitely be back!
