Had a lovely holiday in Tias. The villa was homely, comfortable and in an ideal location for us - close to the golf and a 7 min drive to the old town of Puerto del Carmen.

We had a great holliday in pauls villa,no problem good contact with paul , great location, villa was lovely pool was lovely really enjoyed our stay already booked for next year 😀 not too far from bus stop if want to go purta del carmen, super market 10 mins away and only about15 mins from airport 😀

Lovely villa if you like peace and quiet this is right for you it’s about 5- 10 minute drive to Puerto del carmen. There is a lovely town with a big hyper dino and some bars and a lovely British bar called the lions tavern opposite the police station which does gorgeous food and a amazing Sunday roast. You can eat in or take away if your fussing about different cuisines this place is lovely. So didn’t really need to go far. We did drive down to Puerto del carmen a couple of times for some other food but like I said it’s about 5-10 minutes drive but apparently only 7 euros in a taxi and a bus runs every hour. The villa itself is lovely and has sky channels which was a bonus and the weather was beautiful too. Paul kept in touch and was very helpful the pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there too. The only Down point I would have to say is other than one bedroom all other bedrooms were locked not that I needed to go in them but hated the feeling of being closed off and not trusted the downstairs basement light was on the whole stay if it wasn’t locked I could of turned it off. But all this it didn’t spoil my holiday at all. It’s just I rent villas 2-3 times a year and never know it but like I said it’s only something to say a down bug is not necessarily a down just my opinion. Thank you Paul

The house is on a quiet residential street in a town which feels authentically Canarian, rather than a tourist destination. It is well located 10 minutes drive from Peurto del Carmen and an excellent base for exploring Lanzarote - no where in the Island is further than 45 minutes drive.
The town centre with a few bars, restaturants and an excellent supermarket is just over 5 minutes walk away.
The villa itself is well equipped and comfortable - very much as expected from the Vrbo listing. The pool is small, but great for a cooling dip in the late afternoon.
All communication with the owner was fast and efficient.
Recommended for a holiday in Lanzarote.

Tias is great village/town with a good cholce restaurant/bars,our favourites were La Emita, Milla Y Millla and Luna Nuevo.
There is no need to hire a car the bus and taxi service is very good and cheap.
The reason we chose this semi detached house was the claim it had a heated pool,as far as we were concerned the water temperature of pool did not get any warmer at any time
We were told it is solar heated,although we had three warm
days in a row, the temperature did not rise above cold.

Had a great time in Tias. The villa was amazing. The pool was an added bonus as it was very hot every day. The pool was cleaned 3 times in our 10 days stay. Paul responded quickly to any questions we had and was very accommodating when our flights changed. Would defiantly stay at the villa again. EXCELLENT.

We had the most wonderful stay in Paul's beautiful villa. The villa itself had everything we could possibly need for our stay and was immaculate! The pool was superb and much needed in the heat! All in all we had a really lovely holiday and our thanks to Paul for being such a helpful and gracious host.

Can not fault a single thing about our stay in this villa. The place was lovely and clean, had everything that you could possibly need. Local supermarket 10 minute walk, bus stop to peurto del carmen only 5 minutes away.
Villa in a residential area so when we did have chilled villa days it was so peaceful and quiet.
Paul was extremely helpful and responded to emails very quickly. I can not wait to return here next year.

The villa was perfect, just what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood, 10 mins to the beach in a taxi if that. Walking distance to a huge supermarket and restaurants / shops. Will definitely go back!

We all had a fantastic fortnight stay in this lovely villa, which is set in a quite residential place, but not to far from the resort of Puerto del carman.
The pool and outside area was fantastic, loads of room for everyone. The pool was lovely and warm as it is heated. The villa is large and spacious very bright and airy. It’s well equipped with all your home comforts.
The town of tias is just a short walk away with local restaurants and supermarket, all at a reasonable price.
At the bottom of the villa you have a beautiful neighbour, by the name of Thor, whose a gentle giant, a very friendly dog who pops he’s head over for a biscuit.
We had one issue with the kettle, and Tracey responded straight and brought a new one round.
Great response. All round great communication. Once again thank you for letting us stay in your villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Katrina. There was everything you could possibly need, the kitchen was very well equipped. Pool was cleaned every Monday and Thursday and the bedding and towels were changed half way through our stay. The shops are only 5 mins away, it it’s uphill, if you arrive on a Saturday evening as we did there’s a petrol station down hill to the left, all essentials in there. Great pub The Lions Tavern round the corner from Supermarket, great food and live Sports for the football fan. We would definitely return.

Everything was perfect for a laid back relaxing week. The pool was well used, and the kitchen had all the extras. Location means I would rent a car next time, as tias is built on a hill. Overall superb.

Lovely villa everything you want at the villa. Very clean amd tidy. Beds were comfortable. The pool was warm. The kitchen was well equipped with ample equiptment. All round great villa highly recommended.

fantastic villa, highly recommended, small problem regarding the villa keys but was resolved quickly and efficiently.7 adults and 3 kids , each and every one of us had a great holiday. even with 10 of us we found the villa very spacious with everything required for self catering supplied . Tias is a great location with enough shops , bars and restaurants to cater for most needs while puerto del carmen is only a 5 minute/8 euro taxi ride away.5 stars all round for Casa Katrina cheers paul
