Splendido suono laterale a casa sull'isola di Topsail con 3BR e 3 bagni completi.

Palude assolutamente incredibile e viste intercostali sull'acqua dai ponti con bellissimi tramonti per concludere la giornata e semplicemente paradisiaci per svegliarti. All'esterno c'è una doccia calda e fredda chiusa e un dock per la comunità che è possibile utilizzare per il lancio di kayak e paddle board o pesca. L'unità include 2 kayak per adulti, 1 kayak per bambini e una griglia a gas. Inoltre a pochi passi c'è un negozio di noleggio dove è possibile noleggiare paddle board e biciclette (Herrings Outdoor Sports).
La casa ha tutti gli elettrodomestici come nuovi (frigorifero / congelatore, lavatrice / asciugatrice, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, TV, piano cottura / forno); parcheggio coperto per un massimo di 3 veicoli. Può ospitare un massimo di 6 persone e il ponte esterno dalla zona giorno può ospitare tutti gli occupanti. Connessione internet wifi forte, affidabile e gratuita e "smart-TV". All'ultimo piano ci sono due camere da letto (una delle quali è la principale con il ponte esterno). TV via cavo sia nella zona giorno che nella camera matrimoniale. Una camera ha letti a castello, quindi sarebbe perfetto per i bambini. Lenzuola, cuscini e copriletto per tutte le camere da letto e asciugamani per bagni e cucina forniti. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, utensili, stoviglie e bicchieri.

We had a fantastic week at the beach! This townhouse is perfect for a family! It is a short easy walk to the beach but the view of the sound from the two balconies is more than worth not being beachside. The owners were super easy to work with and check was a breeze! Highly recommend!

This place was very clean, completely stocked kitchen and had such a great view. The most amazing sunsets. My only wish was that the living area was bigger but all 5 of us fit just snuggled up. Everyone slept great and the 3 bathrooms was a huge plus.

We had a nice time on Top Sail Island. The views from the townhome are really beautiful especially at sunset. The townhome is comfortable and directly across from the beach. It was our first visit to Top Sail and we enjoyed it.

Check in was easy with keypad. Beds were all very comfortable. Beach access nearby but walk was about 10 minutes. Location was great to stores and bridge. Home was furnished with beach supplies but we only used one of their chairs. There are inside steps to climb but railing and entrance were fine for us. Everything was good with great sunset views from both decks. Kris was a delight to meet as our neighbor. We had a very nice time and this home was well cared for.

Great place with beautiful sunsets. It's a lovely place to enjoy kayaking in the ICW and a short trip to beach. The house is well maintained and clean. Owner is wonderful and very kind. The owner is very quick in getting back to your questions as well. Suggest a stay for great sunsets and some romance with fun in the sun.

We had a lovely stay. It was easy and convenient to everything. The home was comfortable and the view of the marsh was absolutely spectacular. We loved watching the sunset each night!

We had a very nice time in Topsail, Kris, the property manager was very accommodating and the property was as advertised. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom set-up was perfect for us, and the unit came with lots of extras, beach chairs, bicycles, and a fully equipped kitchen. The only complaint I heard all week was that the master bedroom had no closet. It was a good choice for us.

Great condo, we love when each BR has its own bath and that is hard to find perfect for 3 couples. Close to the Surf City Pier but not too close and the view of the inter coastal waterway is spectacular!

We rented the house for three nights over New Years Eve in 2021. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything essential. Kris (the owner) was very welcoming and answered any questions we had very promptly. Beach was a short 5-10 min walk. We had great weather (70s) during our stay, too cold to swim for me but the boys went into the ocean briefly regardless :-) The best part had to be the two kayaks that were made available for us to use at the property. The marshes are so beautiful and peaceful to look at. Our pup loved sitting on the deck enjoying the view and especially the walks on the beach. Thanks Kris !

We booked this as a last minute trip for our family and this was a great place to stay, overlooking the sound and a short walk from the beach. It is also a 2 minute drive to restaurants and other businesses by the bridge. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of sheets, towels, and blankets. The owner lives next door and was really helpful in answering our questions and helping us out during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay over a Thanksgiving! The house had everything we needed from linens to kitchen items and even kayaks. The marsh views are stunning and it was a super easy stroll to the nearest beach access. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Very clean, beautiful inside and out (stunning views) and quiet (but still close to food and shops). Was able to fit my yoga mat on top balcony for a serene morning practice. Kids loved it too! Definitely plan to stay again.

We all enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach townhome. The beach is a little over a 5 minute stroll and easy to find. The lake behind the property is a bonus because you can go kayaking or tubing. The layout of the home is exceptional and the extra items that you can use while you are staying there is nice (Kayakis and beach items).

We had to have our hard wood floors redone so we went to the beach! The home was perfect. Great views off the back deck of the marsh, beautiful sunsets, and a short 5 min walk to the beach. You can also walk to the pier, shops, and dining in about 20 min. The unit was clean and well appointed. Kris was very helpful and answered questions when we had them. This was a very nice trip and I highly recommend staying here.

Kris is an excellent host with prompt response time. The unit is extra clean and has lots of amenities for cooking, exploring, kayaking. We had an amazing Thanksgiving - sound access for kayaking and only a short walk to the beach.

This was a last minute trip that we planned. Kris was amazing and was able to accommodate us with a quick turn around. Her place is true to description and then some. Her place is amazing for the sunrise and sunset views! We enjoyed our family time and it was the perfect get away. Kris was awesome to work with and we hope to stay here again in the future!

We needed a place for my family to stay while visiting family who live on Topsail Island. House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner of the house lived close by so anything we needed help with she was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!!

We moved to NC two years ago and this was our first trip to the beach. This location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and gorgeous sunsets over the Sound. The house was so clean and stocked, it really made us feel at home. This little town was the perfect getaway for our family. (We have 3 kids ages 10, 14, and 16. Spectacular sunsets and a beautiful view of the marsh from the living room and master bedroom. Easy access to the marsh for kayaking and enjoying time in nature. Nice easy walk to the beach. The townhouse was comfortable and had everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay!

Combined family vacations are supposed to be way harder and more cramped. This was too easy. A well appointed kitchen with all the basics and catered to a Wannabe chef? No rental has that. Thank you, will absolutely return.

The owner is so nice and very quick to respond. We had everything we needed for a quick getaway. I particularly loved going out on the kayaks right behind the property.

This is a great property. It’s close to the beach and close to the bridge. It is also well stocked and well maintained. We were visiting family in Jacksonville so the location was perfect. We were able to host them for lunch and a day at the beach. Awesome!
