Great House with a jacuzzi, pool, outdoor fireplace & a large backyard!
Casa vacanze situata al confine tra Gilbert e Chandler. Vicino alle principali autostrade e 25 minuti dall'aeroporto di Phoenix. Questa casa ha 4 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni e dormirà almeno 8. Il cortile ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio coperta, focolare all'aperto, barbecue, un patio coperto con una grande area salotto e un tavolo con sedie. Ha anche una grande area erbosa verso il retro del cortile. Anche. L'interno comprende una lavatrice / asciugatrice, una scrivania, una cucina completamente carica e un enorme soppalco al piano superiore con una TV, un divano a forma di L e un cursore che esce sul balcone. La camera da letto principale è al piano di sotto e ha un cursore che esce sul cortile. Il master ha anche una cabina armadio con un letto regolabile king-size tempurpedic. Ci sono altre 3 camere da letto tutte con letti queen size, 2 sono regolabili e 1 è un cuscino. C'è anche Directv Satellite, Netflix e internet wireless.

We loved this place so much we didnt want to leave. The backyard is an oasis in the desert. It has a pool, hot tub, firepit, tons of sitting area and a grill. The loft was huge. We loved the pool table, air hockey and fooseball. Tons of linens like towels, beach towels, and extra sheets and blankets. Kitchen well stocked with all the comforts of home to cook if you like. The beds were super comfy.Every room had extra stand up fans, ceiling fans and even a portable Ac unit for loft area which is nice.Very easy check in and owner very responsive and friendly. Would definetly stay again.

We stayed here one full week with our children and grandchildren. This property is exceptional in every respect mentioned. Backyard and pool are the biggest and best we’ve enjoyed. The pool is beautiful, and is well equipped with floaters and toys.
Home is incredible; bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Abundance of spare pillows, towels and linens are present. The air conditioning system kept the entire home cool during a 111 degree week. The pool table, foosball and air hockey tables kept the kids and grandkids highly entertained.
Kitchen is spacious and can handle high volume food prep with ease. Many thoughtful amenities are provided.
Owner communication is outstanding! We needed a quick repair to the air hockey table; the owner came out within an hour to take care of it.
We were so happy to stay in this sparkling clean home in a beautiful Chandler neighborhood. Cannot wait to return again!

This home feels like a home! Small touches just made it feel homie. So much space inside and outside. Every bedroom was comfortable and decorated nicely. The pool was nice and the pool floaties were great. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed, and there was spices in the cabinets; pots and pans, glasses and lovely dishes. The neighborhood was nice as well. This stay was for a fun girls reunion and we had such a great time!!

Drove my parents 24 hours away from where they’ve spent their whole life (MinneSNOWta) for their 39th anniversary. To celebrate life (I came two months after they were married 😁). The house is beautiful. It was all we needed to have a great experience. From space, comfort, activities indoor and out, and a convenient area. The host, Lisa, is amazing as well, very attentive, patient and quick response. We will definitely book again in the near future (my birthday is coming up 😉).

We loved our stay. The home had every amenity we needed and more. The pool was fun for the kids and the yard was perfect for relaxing with our family. Indoors there was plenty of space and everything we needed to be comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms were enough for our family. There was even plenty of hot water in the shower. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing for peaceful walks in the morning or evening. The home is also close to everything.
Lisa was easy to contact and great to work with.

Host was wonderful and super attentive. House is perfectly laid out for everyone to have their own space but be able to gather when they want to. I don't know that it could bed any better for our use. Great kitchen/dining/living room open plan. Back yard is wonderful. Pool and hot tub were great fun.

The pictures online do not do this place justice. SO NICE! The backyard was such a great spot to hangout and relax. This house has all you need for the family. Location was great too. So many good restaurants within close proximity. Lisa was great to work with as well. Book this place if it’s available!

The house is beautiful- immaculately clean- the patio is perfect for relaxing and getting sunshine. The amenities were so much better than advertised. Everything you could possibly need for a stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools and so many extras. They had games - pool table- foosball and air hockey - the beds were comfortable- the hosts were easy to contact and were super responsive to everything we asked. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a VRBO host.

This home was perfect for our 2 month stay while we were waiting for our home to be built. Close to everything including downtown Gilbert. The kids loved all the things that were available in the home to do swim, foosball, air hockey and pool. Beds are super comfortable and loved all the space. Host was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Would def recommend this home to family and friends coming into town.

The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is so much to do at house we hardly left. Grandkids loved the air hockey, foosball and pool tables...not to mention the pool. Lisa is the property host you wish for. Communication was almost instantaneous. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again if need arose, Thanks Lisa, keep up the good work.

We had the best time throughout our stay. This house has everything you could ask for, is stocked up with everything you need (and more) and is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to many stores/restaurants. My family had so much fun in the pool, hot tub and playing air hockey and pool. Lisa was also so lovely and very quick to respond. Couldn’t ask for more!

Lisa’s home was perfect for my husband and 3 friends. The home is very open and spacious. We never felt crowded or on top of each other. The backyard was beautiful. It was a little too chilly for us to use the pool but the hot tub was great! Lisa was a great host and very quick and responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

Lisa was great! Assisted with a couple of questions on the area, always prompt to respond! The home is FANTASCTIC we had homemade OJ and Lemonade from the yard trees. They even have a juicer to help! I would definitely stay here again!

This home was short kitchen necessities and frying pans were terrible. The Keurig didn’t work. The barbecue was shot and had to be replaced. The osmosis system had to be replaced. The hot tub only worked a few days all month. The outside furniture had seen too much sun and was falling apart. The yard was nice and big though. The upstairs fans were so noisy they could not be used. Lighting everywhere was poor. The formal dining room chairs were shot. No light over the pool table so too dark to use. Some good old fashioned care and upkeep would make this home a great place to stay. We were in the center of everything so shopping and entertainment was close. The four bedrooms worked great when the kids visited.

The property offered a great location for jogging the neighborhood daily. Inside the home had a wide array of entertainment with multiple TVs, pool table, Air hockey and Foosball. Well stocked kitchen.

We arrived at the house and it was clean, had extra amenities than we were expecting (game tables, large upstairs loft ect.). the kitchen was fully stocked, lounging spaces were comfortable, bedrooms and beds were also super comfy and felt like a home away from home. Backyard was super fun, with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, trees with fruits and a bbq. Owner was super helpful if I had questions and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this home. Oh, and the neighborhood is especially peaceful and welcoming.

This is a wonderful property with a roomy and well laid out interior, and a large, outstanding back yard. The backyard faces west which maximizes sun hours around the pool. The yard is fenced and provided plenty of room for our dog to roam. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property owner, Lisa, is great to work with. All questions and concerns were promptly and courteously addressed. Our only regret is that we didn’t rent this premium property for a longer time.

The outdoor space was fantastic, almost like our own private resort. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed for our month long visit. The only thing that we had wished for was a heated pool. The pool temp was between 68 and 72 degrees and too cool to swim in. Lisa, the owner, was wonderful to work with and immediately addressed any needs we had. We thoroughly loved our stay. Wish we had stayed longer.

Unfortunately I needed to be in the area for a funeral. Lisa was so great to accommodate my family and friends. I can’t say enough about the beautiful house and lovely backyard. After the services we gathered at the house and Lisa stopped by to give me a card and to hang an American Flag on the house. That was so thoughtful and meant so much to me!!!

Lisa's home was better than expected. The pool was clean, the backyard had great landscaping and plenty of patio furniture to lounge in the sun. Hot tub was a nice touch too. She had yard games and a grill. It was really our own private resort. Inside had huge vaulted ceilings. Patio door from the master to the pool. Great kitchen. Great beds. Great home. I would highly recommend to any size family/group. Lisa was very helpful and prompt with our few minor questions. Thank you, Lisa!
