I was not happy at all with the Condo. When I arrived the hosts were still cleaning. For the amount I paid for a 4 week stay I expected the unit to be spotless & not people cleaning when I arrived. The sheets & towels were the only thing very nice & clean. The rugs were dirty & the floor looked dirty. The bathrooms were not that clean. The unit smelled like cleaning solution, not very pleasant. The kitchen sinks were dirty. Coffee pot had moldy grinds left in it. There were no screens in the sliding doors & windows so could not leave open for breeze at night for fear of something getting in. The refrigerator made a very loud wining noise that kept my family & I up at night for about 2 weeks, did not make ice all the time, or stay very cold. It could not be fixed during my stay. The Condo is advertised as being 2200 sq. ft. I think it’s only about 1100 sq. ft. There are stairs leading down in pictures but the stairs were covered by a large wooden box. There were other people staying down stairs & we could hear them. The air conditioner did not work couple days at end of stay. I could not use the boat slip advertised. The hosts asked me not to use it.

Richard and Carmen were gracious and excellent hosts. Any questions or requests that we had were attended to almost immediately. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. Our only negative was that the boat dock and lift were unavailable, due to needing some repair. Thank you again Richard and Carmen! Regards, Kathy and Scott

Great place for the family

This condo is in a great location..convenient to Fisherman's Village, downtown Punta Gorda, parks and restaurants. The condo itself needs some maintenance work. It was also missing some basic kitchen staples and cleaning equipment. The layout was great. We got a lot of use of the lanai off the main living area. We would stay there again if some improvements were made.

We had a fun time. Love the game room. Could use a few repairs on the games, but we made due. Did some fishing off the pier. Even though it was a rough start with no air conditioning, after the repair all was good!!! Would stay again.

Our stay was quite pleasant at this nicely furnished 3 BR condo. It was on the third floor, which is a bit of a consideration if you're bringing up groceries to use in the open kitchen. There is a nice screened in porch which allows guests to remain outside in the evening. We had access to the 2nd floor rec room with billiard table and deck with a great gas grill. Unfortunately the AC wasn't functioning in the rec room, but we did enjoy grilling steaks out back with a nice view of the boat canal. Sunsets are beautiful here. We were treated to gorgeous views of the harbor every evening. Don't miss this nice opportunity! The master bedroom and bath are spacious, and the queen size bed is very comfortable. Given the choice of staying in this condo versus a comparably priced hotel room, the choice is a no-brainer. Stay here, and enjoy your visit to Punta Gorda!
