Condo is beautiful and conveniently located to everything we needed. The owner was immediately available to us if we needed anything. He was very accommodating and so pleasant to work with. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was great for the kids. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

We decided to take a quick trip over spring break last minute. What a blessing to find this gem! Great location - beach across the street, marina is a quick trip, and many restaurants are within a short drive.
The Legacy has many amenities. The condo was clean, well stocked, and family friendly. Kenny was so quick to respond and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a carefree vacation in Gulfport.

Kenny was very easy to work with and made the entire process stress free! The condo was VERY clean and had everything needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Beds were comfortable and we loved the adjoining baths to all the bedrooms. We loved the area as well. First time to Mississippi and it couldn’t have gone any better for us.

As soon as we arrived at Legacy Towers we were impressed with the very well maintained grounds and pool area. The condo itself was huge, each bedroom very large with good sized bathrooms. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom. Lots of TVs - every bedroom had one and the living area as well. Because the unit was on a corner the balcony was very large with gorgeous views of the beach across the street. The area itself has many really good restaurants- Shaggy’s, Felix’s and Morton’s Steakhouse for special occasions just to name a few. Really enjoyed our time.

The property was great! Very spacious for 8 of us and was clean and comfortable. Centrally located to plenty of delicious restaurants and shopping in the area. The resort wasn’t over populated and everyone was friendly-except one younger gate guard who told us that even though he was in the guard shack we had to punch in the code because he was “not going to be getting up and down all day”! We honestly thought that with a visible parking pass that was part of his responsibilities but otherwise from start to finish we had a pleasant weekend getaway!

We enjoyed Kenny’s condo very much. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony was awesome! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Gulfport.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious. We loved that the 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds and the 3rd bedroom had 2 queens which made it comfortable for everyone. Kenny was in touch to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend!

The property was very nice with lots of room for the 6 adults that stayed there.. The balconies were great. The condo was close to everything and the amenities were wonderful.

We were in town for a dance competition and Kenny was very helpful with getting everything set up and assisting us. Once schedules were out, we needed a later checkout last minute and it wasn’t a problem at all. He communicated with me quickly that the door lock needed batteries, before we even knew there was an issue. Everything worked as it should. Would 10/10 recommend the unit and the owners. We gifted our son, daughter and son-in-law the trip to Gulfport. The condo is in a great location, beautiful view, very spacious, loved every bedroom had their own bathroom.
The rugs and carpeting are in need of cleaning.
We had to provide toilet paper (Kenny provided 2 rolls per bathroom) as we were staying there 8 days.
Had to purchase towel paper, laundry detergent and I asked about garbage bags and then were they provided.
The bath and hand towels are old and need to be replaced.
The king bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable.

This would’ve been everything we wanted but, we had to do our own deep cleaning before we could get relax! Bathroom and bed sheets were nasty so we had to wash all the sheets and comforters. We had to clean all bathroom toilets and showers. A discount should’ve been offer to us since we had to work before enjoying our stay. FYI none of the plugs work to charge your phone!!! The legs on the living room floor aren’t study! The front door is flithy and the outside bacony need to be painted by the doors.

This was the perfect place for our family to get away for a few days!! We’ve had a rough year and we needed an escape…this property was clean, nicely furnished, spacious, and even better than the pictures on the website. We were right across the road from a quiet beach where we were able to spend many pleasant hours. The host was exceptionally helpful and check in/check out went smoothly. We were right in the middle of the many activities along the coast and had easy access to the highway and reserved parking. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We will definitely consider this condo again!! Thank you, Kenny, for sharing it with us!!

Condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Walking distance from beach. Condo swimming pool very nice. Only a short drive to Biloxi, the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Cafe. Owners of condo were easily reachable by phone or text and very nice! We will return and rent from same owners if property is available
