Questo lussuoso appartamento all'8 ° piano è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2019 e offre una vista sull'Oceano Atlantico. Questa bellissima unità è in grado di ospitare comodamente fino a 8 ospiti! Questo 3 camere da letto, 2 unità di bagno a The Opus Condominiums si trova al 8 ° piano e lato nord di questo lussuoso condominio in stile resort. I condomini Opus sono noti per essere lussuosi e hanno un ottimo accesso ai servizi in loco come una piscina con vista sull'oceano, vasca idromassaggio, centro fitness e sale riunioni sontuose.
Il soggiorno contiene un bellissimo divano nuovo per godersi la grande TV a schermo piatto. Il soggiorno si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo con un elegante tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 4, 4 sgabelli da bar e una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano sottostante. Dal soggiorno si accede al balcone privato e ci si rilassa nell'arredamento del patio guardando le onde che si infrangono contro la riva.
La moderna cucina è completamente attrezzata ed è perfettamente collegata con il soggiorno e la zona pranzo. Il ripiano in granito che separa il soggiorno e la cucina funge da grande area di servizio per il cibo. Tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina sono nuovi e includono un forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero e lavastoviglie.

We loved the location of this property. It is much quieter and less crowded than further down toward the strip. Lots of restaurants around and had zero issues

The property is very nice and clean. All rooms were comfortable and spacious. The garage is very convenient as well. The balcony views were very nice! As described in the listing, the area is still recovering from the hurricane a couple years ago but there are still some nice restaurants and things to do. The beach access from this property makes up for the current construction scenery. One observation to management is in regards to toiletries and shower accessories. Most VRBO's we have stayed in have provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash similar to hotels. In this case we had to purchase our own after we saw there wasn't any provided. The same is true in regards to extra kitchen napkins, trash bags, and toilet paper. Otherwise, all was very good and we enjoyed our stay - we would stay here again. Thank you!!

We have stayed at this property for many years, this was the first in this specific unit. It did not disappoint. Very clean, comfortable, and was a great home away from home.

We loved the cleanliness of the property inside and out. The outdoor balcony was scenic and the patio furniture was comfortable. There was some construction noise going on by the pool but we just avoided the balcony at those times. My 94 yr old Mother wished the master shower had a grab bar for her safety. There was a grab bar by the toilet. The master bathroom was pretty and the mattress was comfortable. My sister suggested a floor lamp would be nice lighting for the living room area. We were a little stressed about the parking as we had some visitors. It happened to be bike week during part of our stay so parking lot stayed full. The check in box where we picked up our garage door opener went pretty well though it had just got dark and we were tired from a long drive. We initially pulled our car into the parking lot and couldn't find the parking garage which was in the front of the building facing the street. As I mentioned, we were tired!! Over all, we loved the place and plan to book again. We felt safe and it had everything we needed to feel totally comfortable.

First time staying at Opus. Check-in and check-out process was super quick and easy. Condo was clean upon arrival and was ready on time. Very spacious! Great view of the beach and river. Look forward to staying here again!

Condo was very nice and spacious. Loved sitting out on balcony but wish we had more direct sun. Weather was fantastic. Garage gate broke down halfway through our stay but I don’t believe there were any incidents of people wandering in. You had to have codes to get in elevator and your condo.

Jacuzzi in main bathroom didn’t work. Shower didn’t really have water pressure and took awhile to get warm. Lady over the property should have been named Karen she was not nice

The listing was great, clean and just like it was pictured. The property was in a great spot close to restaurants and attractions. Great views, and easy access to the pool and beach. Even with being on the 8th floor, the elevators were very quick in getting us to the pool or garage. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo. Super clean and comfortable. Great location with grocery stores in walking distance. The views of the ocean and river were stunning! Perfect for sunsets.! The condo and property management staff were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing vacation!

Beautiful condo with a great view without being oceanfront. One downside was the tiled kitchen floor was extremely slippery. Would highly recommend.

This property was awesome. It was beautiful, updated, and very spacious. It did not face the ocean but we had a great view from our balcony of the ocean and everything inland. It had everything you could need for a week at the beach inside.
The beach was perfect, we were ocean front, so just steps away which was super convenient. The pool was also a good size and was kept and maintained pretty well.
The only “negatives” that aren’t really that negative would be the floors in the unit were filthy. Everyone’s feet were black from walking around and the garage clearance was low so if you are planning on bringing a bubble on your car, don’t.

Had the condo been cleaned from the prior guest, it would have been a perfect stay. We had to clean the bathrooms and make the beds when we got there. There was still poop in the toilet from the prior guests and beds didn’t have linen on them. Dirty towels hanging in bathroom and enough sand in the room to make a sand castle. A $150 credit was given for their mistake of not cleaning it prior to my families arrival. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect.

Hot tub was pretty funky. It is right next to boardwalk entrance and I suspect people were getting in without spraying off. By the end of the week, hot tub looked nasty. Everything else was wonderful.

We had a great time!! Condo was nice with easy access to the beach. Enjoyed having a reserved parking space in the parking garage. Condo had nice beds, plenty of towns, everything you needed in the kitchen plus a closet full of beach items including chairs.

so many things were dirty. the toilet was dirty, the floors are disgusting you could feel the dirt as you walked. Although the door would not lock and the toilet will not flush but maintenance came and fixed it the very next day. they were very fast at fixing things. the place was very cute and had a lot of things.

We had a great time staying at Opus. We enjoyed being on the beach and walking out the front door for a walk to some local sites and restaurants. The pool deck and hot tub were nice as well. The condo was clean and spacious. Very wonderful and fun stay!

We needed accommodations for several coworkers to work at the Rolex 24 and decided to utilize condos. It was a great choice. Condo was in excellent condition and communication with homeowner was top notch.
