Overall this was a great stay. It could’ve been a bit cleaner like the bathroom rugs didn’t looked washed. Ants in the guest bathroom. I had to call several times for minor things. Pool key, pack and play, etc. There should be a welcome list for guests. The address took me to the back entrance which was a bit annoying so that should be stated in arrival instructions. We wanted to ride the bikes but tires were flat. I would recommend this play to family and friend.

The property was very clean and smelled good. It had everything we needed, looks better than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Beautiful home inside and outside. Need a few more dishes/pots and pans for vacationers that cook during their stay. Beware of ants. The next morning, after our first overnight stay, we found our car covered in ants on the outside. We quickly threw soapy water all over it. There was no hose to wash it off therefore we used different items around the kitchen to catch water in. The next morning the garage was covered. We went to walmart, purchased a product called Stem (children and pet safe) and sprayed each tire down, the ant trails going up the walls and across the floor...no more ant problems during our stay. Despite the ant problem, our stay was very comfortable and i would definitely stay at the home again.

This house was very comfortable and clean. Hot sun and rain was not a problem with our car in the garage. The use of the garage made a lot of difference. Decor was so nice. Beds were restful. Great kitchen and back porch. We will.come back here next year.

My Wife and i booked this home and absolutely loved the stay. The only issue was the previous tenants must have used the tea kettle for something other than water and the cleaning folls missed it and there was mold in it. Not a big issue just warmed up water in a coffee mug. Nice neighbors and very quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay here again.

This house is very nice and has a great outside area for relaxing in the evenings. The house was very clean with the exception of the floor which was sticky, especially in the kitchen area. The supply of TP was lacking a bit. Overall highly recommended.

The house was clean and spacious. I loved how comfortable the furniture was including the beds. The neighborhood was quiet as well.
The location was to the places we wanted to go, but traffic and accidents made the drive much longer. We knew that before we booked.
We didn't have time for these but the clubhouse was closed. The pool was under construction and the tennis courts needed some TLC.
Would definitely stay there again in the future.

This home was beautifully designed, spacious, safe and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were staying in the area to visit with a terminally ill family member. Knowing we had such a nice, clean home to come back to after rough days was very convenient and comforting.

The best part of the house is that it was extremely clean. Unfortunately It was really hard to get in touch with the owner to ask questions and the home lacked essentials. I would’ve appreciated coffee, sugar, extra toilet paper, a few cooking essentials like
Salt and pepper. I know some homes don’t give those things. But I find it helpful when it’s more equipped so I’m not running to the store constantly. There were red biting ants outside on the patio so I couldn’t enjoy the covered patio. Finally, the home is not in the best location. It’s kind of far from everything but I did know that when i booked it. I will say it’s a nice spacious home. Very clean and comfortable. It had the basics so all and all we were satisfied.

Beautiful home in a great location. The house is very spacious and clean. Everything was perfect. We loved the screened in porch. The clubhouse wasn’t far from the home which was good for walking with the smaller kids. Overall great stay!

We enjoyed all the amenities. This home is beautiful. We love the back porch as opposed to swimming pools all the time. We love the location as everything we needed was close by. The layout of the home was beautiful. We will recommend to family and friends. If I could change anything, it is to address the temperature to suit our needs better. We really liked this house. It’s beautiful and the garage was a bonus with the bad weather during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The only drawback is that it is NOT close to Disney or any theme parks. It would have taken almost an hour to go. But it’s great for the rest we needed.

House is very nice and everything worked well. Gated community very quiet neighborhood. We used it as a base for day trips to locations 30-90 minutes away everyday. Evenings were back to house and relax on back screened porch and again quiet surroundings.

Beautiful house! Well decorated. Very clean. Was supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved relaxing on the back porch at night after a busy day and in the morning having breakfast. I would definitely recommend this house and I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice, clean home. Only issue was that outside garbage cans were full upon our arrival and no one brought it to the curb on garbage day like the directions said would happen. A handyman,Norm, thankfully, made room in our can! He was a great help.
