I Sassi Bianchi East Villa
Ville di lusso fronte mare situate sulla sponda nord della baia di Cavtat, circondate dalla pace e vicine a tutti i servizi.
Le nostre proprietà consistono in due ville separate 'The West Villa' e 'The East Villa' che si trovano una accanto all'altra e si affacciano sulla splendida baia di Cista Luka a poche centinaia di metri a nord del centro di Cavtat.
Le due proprietà subirono una ricostruzione completa sul sito storico del complesso rurale Anic-Nikic risalente al XVIII secolo. La ricostruzione è stata completata nell'anno 2012.
Le due ville vantano una superficie coperta complessiva di oltre 450 metri quadrati circondata da circa 600 metri quadrati di giardino.
Le ville sono in grado di ospitare un totale di 24 ospiti. Possono essere affittati separatamente o insieme. La West Villa è leggermente più grande e può ospitare fino a 14 ospiti, mentre la East Villa - leggermente più piccola - può ospitare fino a 10 ospiti.

LA VILLA OVEST
La West Villa è la più grande delle 2 case finora completate e consiste in una costruzione a 3 piani con 3 terrazze anteriori separate con vista sul mare e un garage coperto.
La casa può ospitare fino a 14 ospiti con sistemazioni disposte in 4 camere da letto separate più un ampio spazio mansardato che può essere convertito in una zona notte per 4 persone.
LA VILLA EAST
La East Villa è la più piccola delle 2 case finora completate e consiste in una costruzione a 3 piani con 2 terrazze separate (una nella parte anteriore che si affaccia sul mare e una nella parte posteriore fornita con un barbecue).
La casa può ospitare fino a 10 ospiti con sistemazioni disposte in 3 camere da letto separate più un ampio spazio mansardato che può essere convertito in una zona notte per 4 persone.

There were 10 of us aged from 6 to 73!! This house suited us all, it was well equipped and had ample space both inside and out. The views exceeded our expectations creating memories that will live with us for a long time. The only downside for us old folks was the steep climb to the entrance but it didn’t spoil our holiday . We would love to go back.

This home was everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Cavtat/Dubrovnik. It was clean, with air conditioning in each room, and Sanela (the property manager) was amazing. The house has the most beautiful views of the beach and sunset. It is walking distance from the Cavtat center (10-15 min) and a short 2-5 min walk to their beaches. Dubrovnik is about 15-20 minutes away by car but it was so worth staying out of that hustle and bustle. I HIGLY recommend this home and will for sure be returning.

Great Villas. Very large and comfortable and in a perfect location overlooking the sea. Steps from great beaches and many services (bars, restaurants, watersports, shops, etc...). Fantastic views. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Sanela and Paolo.

The most beautiful villa, int he most beautiful place
My friends and I booked the West villa for my birthday, There were 12 of us in total. On arrival the villa was exactly as described, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light, with amazing outdoor spaces and balconies - plus an incredible view of the sea. The beds were comfortable, showers warm and the kitchen was already stocked with some basics for us - which was very much appreciated. There was plenty of information about the house and the local area provided in a book. There are several beaches a short walk from the villa and our favourite was beach #4 - a pretty little stoney move about 15 mins walk from the villa. The water was very clean and clear, and it was a great place to sunbathe (although it is a nudist beach, so avoid if that bothers you). There is a hotel with a cashpoint right nearby, and a strong of little restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk. A stroll into Cavtat (which is lovely) takes about 20 minutes and you can get the boat to Dubrovnik from there. Sanela, who met us when we arrived at the villa, was very friendly and kind. She was flexible about the times we checked in and out, which really helped us as our departure flight was quite late in the evening. She also answered the phone when we needed and was always ready to help. What else can I say? We loved it and hope to return :)

Stayed at the villas (both) this past August. A lot of space inside and outside. Interior is well decorated and maintained. Outside space is nice (although an area of the garden is still awaiting full completion). Kids and adults alike loved the beaches (four of them) in front of the villas especially the one further away (about 5mins walk) that was really secluded and peaceful.
Sunsets and cocktails+bbq on front terrace at night were memorable.
Close to shops and also restaurants for the few nights we didn't feel like grilling. All in all great vacation. Thanks.

Our group rented both the east and west villas. Great for groups. East villa had the larger living room space. West villa had the larger deck/outdoor space. Location was close enough to the airport for a quick commute, but secluded enough for peace and privacy. Views from the villa were great. If you travel with plenty of luggage or large pieces of luggage just be mindful that getting to the villa currently requires passing up a narrow, somewhat winding path. The more direct route may have been the area under construction during our visit. Nonetheless we were pleased with the villas themselves and their location

We rented both villas last August 2016 for 10 days. Everything was great: the villas are very comfortable and and with magnificent views of the seas as advertized. Location was at first a bit difficult to find by car, but Sanela the property manager was super nice and super helpful in solving any problem and answering questions. Outdoor space was apparently recently redone with tons of flowers and plants and offered plenty of space and quiet areas for our large group (20 people). Sea views at sunset sipping cocktails while bbq-ing outside was the highlight of the staying. Plenty to do around with nice beaches, sport center with scuba and other sports and great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was wondeful and we are coming back this summer. Thank you!

Awesome villas (we rented both at the same time with a large group). Brand new, and very well kept. Awesome views and awesome location so close to the beaches and to all the bars and restaurants and yet in a quiet peaceful area. They're Cavtat best kept secret! Thanks so much!

Well, I rarely comment on my vacation experiences, but I have to say that in this case it was different. I have been going to Croatia for many years (we have some distant relatives there) and I know the area of Cavtat quite well. It is rare to find nicely built and well kept villas available for rent at a reasonable price and this is one of thoswe rare cases.
First the villas are new (I think they were built in 2012 or 2013), were nicely furnished with everything that is needed. There were 24 people in our group renting both villas at the same time (we were a bit concerned as 24 people was the maximum capacity of the villas combined but it turned out that everybody was comfortable and had his own space). Villas are located in a stunning position right in front of the sea. It doesn’t gat any better than that. There are 3 or 4 beaches close to the villas (a few mins stroll) and they have pristine waters and are not crowded
For those interested in more active vacations and meeting more people (we had some teenagers in our large group) there is plenty to do nearby with water sport facilities, bars, restaurants, etc…
