Condo was like the pictures. Fans needed dusting and the comforters smelled like dust, but overall clean. Great Condos made us feel like moving cattle. Get you out, as fast as they can. We came in on Christmas Day. I called, texted, emailed, about early check-in, and no one responded. I understand that it’s Christmas, but if you have people checking in a place, someone should be checking emails or phones. The lady on the after hours line was able to help us get checked in after 4:00. I responded about ants and the door not properly closing. A person was able to get back to me about the ants and left a can of Raid by the door. They were quick to send check out information the day before. I emailed and texted about late check-out, no response the day before. We left something in the fridge, and Jeffrey (who wasn’t in the area), was the only person that helped us out quickly. We have worked with many condos and this was by far the worst. If you want someone to help you personally or a quick response this is not the place.

Overall the condo we rented was great. The only thing I could complain about was the operation of the key pad door lock. I called the “help” number a couple times over a period of about 35 minutes because I couldn’t get the lock to work. Finally the person helping saw an “error code” that indicated the last time the lock was operated it got jammed. The help person asked me to pull the door knob towards me and try again. I did and that worked. The Lock worked fine for the rear of stay.

We booked this property kind of last minute for spring break and were grateful for the opening. When we arrived, we found the building was much, much more dated than we ever expected. The unit itself was a little dated but fine for what we needed. However, there were a few things that were surprising and worth noting. I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere that didn't provide basic toiletries such as facial soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. There was none of that in the unit. There were also no sleeping pillows on the master bed--only the "show" pillows and shams. We had to take two from the guest room which meant there were less sleeping pillows on those beds. Future guests should also note that if you use the beach towels provided in the unit, you are expected to wash and dry them before you check out and there is NO laundry in the unit (as mentioned in the listing). You should also note that if you use any extra towels/linens (beyond what is allowed per bedroom by the property management company), you are expected to wash and dry those as well. Thankfully we brought out own beach towels so not a problem for us but it stood out to me in the check out instructions and wanted to mention that here. Overall, cleanliness was good but we did notice some hair in the drain of the master shower. The building adjacent is very run down and it is very visible from the pool area. Lastly, guests with small children should note that this property is located on the driving portion of the beach. I didn't remember reading that in the property description. It proved to be a challenge for us on beach days with our young children running back and forth to the water and not being accustomed to cars on the beach. Lastly, it was very windy when we were there and the hurricane shutter on the patio rattled all night in the wind. It may need some attention. Nevertheless, we had a nice time and made some nice memories. It's also worth mentioning that communication with the management company was great!

This is a beautiful condo. Fully stocked with everything that you need. Bed was so comfortable. Convenient location with beautiful oceanfront.

The condo was spacious, well laid out, decorated well, and very clean. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The master bed/bath suite was very nice. The unit has a lot more furnishings and kitchen supplies than I expected. If I had to ask for more, I wish the deck had higher sitting chairs (which seems to be a thing on most other condos).

We rented this property for a long weekend at the beach. The condo was very comfortable, well-stocked and had great oceanfront views. The beach access was perfect. The kids loved the pool and game room with ping pong and pool table. Would definitely stay again.

We loved being at the far end of the driving beach where it’s quieter, and although the hallways and elevators were filthy, the unit, itself, was clean, very organized, and well-stocked. Speaking of elevators, only one was working when we got there, and it was a bit sketchy. We felt like we were risking our lives each time we got in it, and then it ended up being out of service for a full day (a real inconvenience when you’re on the seventh floor). The pool area was nice but unfortunately, at the back of the building with no ocean view. Lots of parking spaces, though and convenient carts to haul luggage. Overall, it was a great stay: Funny how all the little annoyances melt away when the sun is shining, the waves are lapping, and you’re not shoveling snow!

Everything you could possibly need was there. The view was fantastic. The only thing we were disappointed about was no washer and dryer in the condo. We were going to use the one outside but there was something melted in the dryer.

My daughter, son in law & newborn were going to stay in this condo since my wife & I booked another condo in the same building on the same week. A little over a week before we were to arrive, my daughter, a nurse caring for pediatric children, was required by her employer to not have time off during the week we were going. I contacted VRBO and they graciously allowed us to move the week to another time. Surprisingly, the owner contacted VRBO and forced them to not move the week (saying they wanted the money even if the condo was empty no matter what the reason). Our daughter is a children’s nurse. Her employer needed her. That did not matter. We had to pay the owners the entire cost of the 5-day expensive reservation price for an empty condo and tell our daughter & family they could not go on the later week that VRBO had changed for them. VRBO felt gracious for the situation and refunded us booking fees and cleaning fees (ie. an extremely small cost of the overall price). I suggest being wary of this condo and it’s owners.

enjoyed our stay...a little disappointed that we could tell there were pets at the unit before us. could have been cleaner. we saw cat/dog hair under seat cushion. (wife allergic to cats)

Everything was wonderful. Very clean! Pool was never busy and kept clean. Condo had everything you needed. We would stay again.

From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. It is decorated beautifully. The view and the condo is as advertised. When we weren’t down on the beach we were sitting on the balcony. The complex is well maintained. The pool is lovely. The beds are very comfortable. This was our first time in New Smyrna Beach and it didn’t disappoint. We will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful beach condo.

This property offered a pristine escape! The updated, well maintained condo exceeded our expectations and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We enjoyed our vacation, and we look forward to returning.

The condo was comfortable but not very clean. Building old elevators scary. Called the renting company on the day I left and sent them pics. Not asking for a refund just called so they were aware of the problem. What I did enjoy was the sunrises and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

The unit was nice and had plenty of room. The location is good. There is a great taco and ice cream shop across the street. Wish were there longer.

The condo was filled with everything we needed. Very homey and comfortable. Everything worked. The view was breath- taking! Would stay there again and again. Thank you for sharing it.

My family had a wonderfully relaxing Spring Break at this condo. I have raved about just how nice everything was about this property. The condo has everything you can imagine you'd need for a beach stay! Can't wait to come back!

The property was clean and as advertised. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided, which was really nice. My kids loved the board games.

We couldn't have asked for a better location and a better view than what we got in this property. Located right on the beach with a fantastic ocean view, the apartment is well furnished to make for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay!

What a beautiful and mesmerizing experience has this stay been. We stayed for 5 days at this condo, and the place was absolutely amazing! The condo is great, clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible and the access to the beach is effortless. What a relaxing experience this was.We didn't use any of the other amenities provided (swimming pool and game room) as we were too busy watching sunrises and sunsets.We are already planning our next visit, we highly recommend it.
