We had a great visit to this property. It was clean and located in a location that was easy to access. We were able to sleep our whole party and have a great time spending time together.

We (fourteen in total) didn't realize until arriving that the Summer activities at the resort didn't begin until one week later than our stay. We adjusted by taking a tour of the OLD HUNDRED MINE tour in Silverton. SO SO FUN! One day trip to Pagosa Hot Springs and another day shopping in Durango with the grandkids taking in the Discovery Science Museum @ The Powerhouse. We were also surprised with Anniversary Dinner @ 636 MAIN AVE coordinated by our kids. Food was excellent as was the hospitality. Back at the rental, we used both the front deck for grilling and the back deck for the hot-tub and played dice games. Before heading home, our kids surprised us yet again with a golden hour photo session by area photographer, Haylee Mae Photography. We definitely aren't the Kardashian's, but we loved our session with Haylee. Her personality more than made up for some annoying mosquitos who thought they had been invited too. The property was great. Just be prepared for this multi-level property having multi-level stairs. You will get your steps in for sure. All in All our visit was a great experience with the family we love and the property customer service was courteous and helpful. YES, we would definitely consider another stay in the future.

The main living area is a little small for a large group, but there is another bunk/living area upstairs. The location was great. Just a short walk to the bunny slope where you can take the lift up to base.

The house is beautiful and the skiiers in our party loved how close we were to the lifts. The house was an easy walk to a beautiful hillside with lots of snow for the kids to play and to the Purgatory shuttle for quick rides up to the ski village. Each family had plenty of room and enjoyed having our own bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk bed room and space to play. We cooked big family dinners in the kitchen each night which was well stocked and spacious. We loved the gorgeous views from the porch and windows. Overall we had a great time!

We've been to Purgatory for our annual 'family ski trip' now for four years - This home was/is our new family favorite. Beautiful home and super location - couldn't have been more perfect.
