Raggiungere Old Hickory Lake è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Cumberland River ti aspetta a 8 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un garage coperto dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.

A beautiful residence with a great location

The location of the Bird House was ideal for our weekend plans. And it was comfortable as well as quiet. The roof top deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Each of the bedrooms were spacious and the 3 bathrooms made it easier for our group. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great location because you are close to several golf courses and walking distance to the marina. The town house is spacious and provides a great view of the marina.

We came on a boat trip so it was so convenient to have the boat slips and a restaurant nearby!

We went for a big concert at the stadium and a birthday celebration weekend. This property was perfect. Lots of room. Loved that each bedroom had its own balcony. Each had its on bathroom, except the one on the very bottom floor. Loved the rooftop patio. Great views of the lake/river. The restaurant at the marina has great food. Not very far drive to Opryland area or downtown. Would definitely stay again. Just an FYI: lots of stairs/steps. If you’re someone with mobility issues, this would not be a good place for you to stay. For us, we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back and bring our boat and go out on the lake.

Old Hickory Lake is magical and the location of our house was the best. Spacious & modern w/ hominess. Lots of balconies & porch spaces, easy walking to Sam’s Grill, beautiful historic neighborhood…simply the best!

This was a good spot for visiting a family friend. About 20 minutes outside of Downtown, it is a nice spot if you have a boat or better yet, know someone with a boat nearby. Shopping is about 15 minutes away. We stayed with our 4 children 3-7 yrs old and it worked out great with the kitchen, laundry, and 3 bathrooms.

The home was exactly like it is portrayed in the picture; there were no surprises. Everything was spotless and organized, and the area was terrific. 10/10 stay!

This unit was great for me and my teenage kids. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the upper deck. The only people I wouldnt recommend it to is someone that has trouble getting up or down stairs. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again.

It's a little tough to review this property without giving the full story because we were originally booked at a cottage along the river. But the homeowner was ill and unable to rent to us at the last minute. Vacasa as the property management did a great job of getting us switched to this property. When we arrived, the previous renters had trashed the property and the poor cleaning guy was busting butt getting it ready for us. Once we were in, it's a nice little place to stay outside of Nashville, nicely decorated and plenty of space for us.
