Very poor cable service TV's was very static and not showing good and had crack in my TV and this was my 2nd time and debating on trying for the 3rd time but the Jr suite was good for 4 ppl with 2 bathrooms .

The pool was closed, due to renovations. I think this should be posted on the website to let people know ahead of time. A suggestion to add a full body mirror and more hangers.

Ansich war es ok. Es war eine Nacht vor unserem Heimflug. Also Lage quasi sehr nahe am Flughafen sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer sah auch so aus als wäre es vor kurzer Zeit renoviert worden. Im ersten Moment.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen. Bei den Temperaturen abends nochmal nen Sprung ins kühle Nass wäre schön gewesen. Das schlimmere war der Fußboden. Wir haben mit feuchtem Toilettenpapier drüber gewischt weil er schon so seltsam aussah. Das Tuch war voller Dreck. Nicht Staub sondern Dreck. Dementsprechend sahen die Füße von unten aus. Nach einer Reklamation am Abend als wir ankamen war natürlich kein Reinigungspersonal mehr da. Die sehr freundliche Dame am Schalter vom Ckeck-In hat dann selbst den Mopp genommen und wir sind ins Zimmer und haben sozusagen in Teamwork den Boden mit Spühzeug und Mopp begehbar gemacht. So das es akzeptabel war. 100% sauber war es noch nicht aber viel besser. Danke an die sehr nette Dame vom Schalter. Ist nicht Ihre Aufgabe. Sie meinte ich solle es am nächsten Morgen beim Manager ansprechen in Bezug auf einen Nachlass oder ähnliches. Das habe ich getan. Ich habe ihm das Bild von dem Tuch gezeigt. Es gab zwar eine Entschuldigung aber die Erklärung danach dass der Schmutz beim Tür öffnen und schließen unter der Tür durch kommt (bis hinten ins Bad???) war mehr wie ernüchternd.Das war das Gespräch. Es war kein Staub oder bisschen Schmutz. Man musste es feucht wischen damit es weggeht. Also wäre wochenlang nicht feucht gewischt worden. Und dann solch eine Erklärung fand ich ein wenig frech.

Be prepared for a $100 deposit on the room once you check in. The breakfast food was not hot. There was a clearly homeless/addict man stuffing his backpack full of food at the breakfast station. While I am glad he was eating food instead of drugs, it is not safe for them to be allowed access to the hotel and the person attending the breakfast station knew he did not belong there but chose to ignore his actions. I ran across a guest who was smoking marijuana on the stairs late at night and when I walked away, he tried to get me to come back and talk to him. The same encounter happened again in the morning The corridors are dirty and not well lit. My room was at the very back of the motel and until I reached the inside with the deadbolt turned, I felt uneasy. There did not seem to be any staff presence on the grounds once you left the office which is separated from the rooms.

The comfortable bed was heaven.

The room is very clean and relaxing. The morning breakfast is good. The lady who is taking care of the morning breakfast is very nice. Checkin and checkout are very quick and convenient.

The breakfast had everything one could expect and more. It might have been busy and a little crowded but there was room enough for everyone and the food was replenished in time. The rooms were clean and the internet worked fine. There were a lot of families but everyone was considerate about keeping the noise level down.

A sign should be put up reminding parents to assist their smaller children in using the tongs at the buffet.

The people on the second floor over my room were noisy, make love all night… The isolation between floor are not good… you hear people walking and yelling when the make love …. I didn’t sleep well and wasn’t ready for my next day for work…

I liked that the property was in a great location. Everything was around and we didn’t have to travel far to go anywhere. A couple stores was walking distance for us.

The property has roaches badly. Roaches were crawling on the beds where we had to sleep. They were in a few crawling on the walls. Also we couldn’t utilize the tv and the we didn’t have any hot water available to us for bathing. Overall the facility was clean.

Obviously an old motel redone in modern fashion. Pleasant rooms with new minimal look. However no reading lights next to beds. Ricky at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Wondering how well room was cleaned since the bathroom wastebasket containing sanitary supplies had not been emptied.

Breakfast was supposed to open at 7:00. Did not have all the hot food ready until 7:15. The food was good, but if you had a really tight schedule it could cause problems. Fortunately we were not in a rush.

The best breakfast place so far. A lot of good choices, cereal, drinks, etc.

Soundproofing. Weird door gap, you could see light coming through the sides of the door (didn't feel secure). Weird stench from inside, that worsened with AC, so we had to turn it off.

Beds were clean and comfy, breakfast was good, get what you pay for. Room we were initially given smelled very strongly of smoke and was immediately given another room, Reddrick at reception was great.

Loud residents, a lot of smoking in room and area generally felt unsafe. Rooms felt generally clean but clearly needed a better clean. Another resident was given a key card for our room and came in whilst we were asleep.

Hard to say honestly

I love the location. It is not far from my mother when I come to visit. The staff is always friendly. they accommodate me if I want to check in early. I never get a hassle at all. The breakfast is always good. This has become my favorite go to property. I already have my room booked for January.

I had ants in my first room. I didn't get much sleep at all but once I called the front desk and let them know about the issue, they did not hesitate to put me in a another room. they moved me by the pool area. I was so much happier with the new room. It was quiet.

Tout était presque parfait. Chambre spacieuse bien équipée, rénovée avec goût, mini réfrigérateur, micro-onde. L'ensemble très propre. Un souci de respecter l'environnement aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les espaces communs. Un très bon petit déjeuner complet et varié. Un bon wifi.

Aucune isolation de la porte de la chambre si bien qu'on est vraiment très gêné par la circulation incessante sur la route devant l'hôtel, il suffirait vraiment de peu d'amélioration pour remédier à cet inconvénient majeur. Lit un peu trop mou à mon goût, une seule chaise pour 2 lits doubles, c'est peu.

Room had an awful smoke odor. I did not feel safe staying there so I returned the key immediately.
