Such beautiful views and it was a great place to stay with everything you need. The owners had lovely hospitality and the place was spotless.

This property is about 10-12 minutes drive out of Bathurst but for us was perfect because we prefer the quite & not the hustle a bustle of a busy town. Both John and Jenny made us feel very much at home with advice on places where to eat and to visit. The accommodation is very well appointed and very clean with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We would definitely stay again

The host (John) was great. He was so helpful and kind. Also the place was great fully equipped and clean. The view was amazing, it was quiet and perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is there to visit Bathrust.

Cute little stay, I wish we could have tried the fresh eggs but we were in a rush that morning. Make sure you check out the stars and sunset :)

The hosts provided us with fresh eggs laid by their hens which was most delicious. The surrounding was really peaceful and helped us rejuvenate after a very stressful stay at this accommodation in Orange. We had to move twice and so we had a lot of stress. But the clean air and soft, clean water and the surrounding were so peaceful I wished I had booked this place instead of the previous accommodation. We had everything we needed, and the place was not far from town. The hosts provided us with bread, and he went to town specially to buy it for us as we only book the accommodation that day. As they did not have anyone staying after us, we were able to check out late so we could enjoy the place a bit longer.
I wish there was an iron provided. It is fine as that was the last 2 days of my journey. But if it was the first place I would have liked to have an iron to iron some clothes.

The location was great, very private and peaceful. Had everything we needed included fresh eggs, bread and OJ - very much appreciated. thank you! Hosts were lovely including Caramel the dog :). Definitely recommend. thank you

The beautiful surrounds of Alloway Bank were relaxing and the attention to detail in the accommodation was superb. Everything was provided, the fridge stocked with food and the bathroom with lovely products. Thank you John for your helpful suggestions too.

Comfortable cottage with beautiful views. The well- stocked fridge and pantry were a nice surprise. And the cosy gowns : luxury!

A homely beautiful accomodating place to stay. We cooked our dinner in the very well appointed kitchen and enjoyed the supplied breakfast.
Bed was cosy and plush.
The fire was magical and we enjoyed our private and quite stay away in what was a very pleasant place to stay.

The cottage was lovely. It was very comfy with lots of attention to detail. Things like comfy beds with lovely linen helped make our stay very comfortable. Great stock of pantry staples, including eggs, bacon, milk, delicious orange juice and lots more. It was super clean amd John was very welcoming. The fire was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. The property was so quiet, warm, clean and had everything we could have needed and more. John was there to welcome us as we drove up the drive, as were the chickens, guinea fowl, dogs, and gorgeous cat. The breakfast items were a lovely surprise and I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the views and sunset. We will definitely be back again.

The location and aspect of the property and the friendly owners. I particularly liked the farm environment.
The sofa in the living room should be larger and more comfortable. Perhaps some publications re attractions in the area would be desirable. Unfortunately, my stay was reduced due to work commitments elsewhere, but I would like to read about local attractions in my next stay.

Hosts Jenny & John provided everything you’d need. fresh eggs, well stocked fridge, gorgeous bed, lovely place. So very comfortable accommodation. Wish we had longer. so much thought has gone into everything in this place & we can’t wait to come back. thanks so much 👍
