Everything was wonderful and the staff was very polite. They were very helpful with any questions we had! We will most definitely be back again!!

I love the trendy atmosphere. The staff was absolutely amazing. A special shout out to Khaled who went above and beyond and even helped trim a bouquet I made for my sister. It was just the best vibes.

The bed was very firm, which was bad for me but wonderful for my best friend.

We did not have breakfast. The staff was my favorite!! Especially Torrie Andersen. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and were visiting the Temple. It is within walking distance for anyone visiting for that purpose. The guys were extremely nice to my children. Made us feel right at home.

I did not like the bathroom doors. For families, there is no privacy. The room door was also very hard to open. Nothing we couldn't adjust to and not any reason to still not give this hotel 5 stars.

I was totally pleased with this hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly. The room was very modern and comfortable and clean. Bed was exremely comfortable. Location was great. Hotel sits alone but only minutes drive to restaurants and bars. In all directions. Ample parking. And parking was free! I have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the best. John at the front desk was awesome!

The bathroom was very odd especially for a “family room” of two queen beds. There was no wall or partition separating the shower for privacy from rest of room. Very strange setup. In a king room for couples, would be fine. Just very strange for a family with older kids.

I booked a room for my parents who ended up staying for two of the originally booked three nights. The hotel represented that they would not charge us for the last night of the reservation but we have yet to receive a refund after multiple attempts of trying to get the charge adjusted. Other guests were having similar problems with their reservation while my parents were there; the hotel was very disorganized and certain other guests were so frustrated with their own experience that they ended up calling the police (which may have been overkill but speaks to their level of frustration).
