Buffet dinner.

Simplicity , warmth , intent to connect by the staff. Superb by the reception , houskeeping , room service staff . The manager takes a periodic round daily . The pool is exceptional- USP.

The main resturant service staff needs to be a bit more interactive , positive and facilitate the residents . Ganesh was the only one who made special efforts to interact and help .

Housekeeping can certainly be improved. Everything had to be asked including towels in room, jacuzzi not working, toiletries not available. Even wifi Pwd has to be asked each time

everything was superb,,excellent food ,, amazing and helpful staff.. but complementary food should be served in the room.. rest all good.. had a great stay

The rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful but did not seem well versed with their jobs.

There were mosquitoes in my room. No toiletries. The coffee pot and stirrers were unwashed, the tv remote was not working, and the restaurant did not pick up room service dishes even after 10 hours . It seemed like the room was not cleaned well before handing it over to me. However this was fixed by the staff promptly after complaining. Given the covid situation, it is unnerving to think that the rooms were not cleaned well before giving it to the next guest.

Room and Property was decent but was disappointed with event that occurred with us.

Unfortunately valuables (cash and jewellery)were stolen from one our rooms and the sad part Managment did not support us in finding the culprits or made CCTV footage available to us. We complained to police and suddenly our valuables were found again. Instead of finding the culprit who was behind this fiasco. The management tried to put blame us of being negligent. They shielded the culprit.
