Está muy bien ubicado, la habitación era cómoda y decorada con buen gusto, ofrece parqueadero gratuito y el desayuno americano es excelente

Avisé que llegaba temprano pero igual tuve que esperar hasta las 3pm para entrar al cuarto. En el baño había pelos en el lavamanos

I have never felt this unsafe. Do not book this hotel if you wish to have a good night sleep. First of all rooms with balconies cannot be locked, meaning the balcony door is open 24/7... This was in all rooms with balconies and according to the hotel it is ok...it is not when anyone can access your room from the balcony. The other rooms with balconies are connected so anyone can get it knowing those are not locked. You would not feel good leaving your belongings there and going for a day trip or even breakfast. I did not sleep more than an hour because of this...also there is a club upstairs on the roof and the music is played so loud that you can hear it like being at the club yourself so that is another reason you could not sleep. The aircon makes such s horrible noise so you just end up being sweaty and scared for your life. Absolutely not worth the money.

Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Restaurant, sondern bestellt woanders.

Die Lage ist wirklich klasse ! Auch die Zimmer sind an sich wirklich hübsch eingerichtet + einem sehr großen & sauberen Bettes. Das WLAN funktioniert super & der Fernseher bietet Netflix sowie Amazon zum Ausspannen am Abend :) Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Stadt.

Leider waren einige Flecken auf den Polstern im Außenbereich, ebenso war ein großes Loch & ein unangenehmer Fleck an der Wand. Sowas sollte bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht vorhanden sein. Das Frühstück, welches inklusive war, war recht überschaubar. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht besonders Schallgedämmt, so wie auf booking angegeben. Unser Zimmer war in der Nähe des Fahrstuhls, dieser gibt immer ein Geräusch von sich, sobald eine Person nach oben oder unten fährt, das Geräusch war wirklich laut und nervtötend. Zwar ist dies meckern auf einem hohen Niveau, aber das Toilettenpapier auf unserem Zimmer, ähnelte dem einer Raststätte........... Leider ist unser Zimmerservice zur abgemachten Uhrzeit nicht erschienen, somit hatten wir keinen. Was ebenso sehr enttäuschend ist, für ein 5 Sterne Hotel 😐

The terrace in the room was big and very relaxing with a lovely view to the forest, all members of staff were friendly and very helpful…

The room was small for a couple specially with 4 suitcases, and the noise (loud music) from the Terrace’s bar on the top floor of the building.
