Nice clean quiet location and modern

Parking was way too far away my 80 year old mother could not walk it had to ask the pub next door if we could use their car park which thankfully said yes Toilet very small so was bathroom which was just a sink and bath with shower inside bath which again my mum could not get into Need to be young and fit Also not enough sitting for 4 people only a 3 seater Had a bean bag for the 4th person ok if your a kid

Beautiful space, well maintained property for up to 4/5 people

Not a lot, however I do see huge benefit in providing kitchen essentials

well equipped with a great pub next door

bathroom was a bit small

location was perfect! lovely view of the river exe and plenty of outside space to enjoy the spring weather.

bed in main bedroom was very uncomfortable. bathrooms very small.

The location was great; general set up very good.

Had to clean the crockery and glasses before we could uee them due to dried food on the crockery and grease on the glasses. Pillows weren’t nice, very flat. bedding sheet on main bed was wrong way round and came off in the midde of the night so had to strip the bed to remake.

Great location. Good facilities. Friendly host. Would stay again.
