Room appeared tidy. Easy to find. Convenient key lock box, so can check in anytime. Quite location.

Kettle looked like it had curdled milk residue in it, bathroom had hair all over the taps, floor and wall in shower. No where to properly wash dishes. Bedding felt like it had grains of sand through it and the ensemble bed skirt was visibly filthy. There were also ants all over the floor in the bed room. Roof had clearly been leaking down the main room wall and the skylight was letting in a cold breeze and is held together with cable ties. Booked for a two night stay, left after the first night. This place needs some seriously good cleaning and maintenance.

Not much, owner did contact us regards a few issues

No house keeping, after first night room was not cleaned the next day, we spoke to owner and we moved to another room, this room the AC did not work. We were moved to another room AC worked, however when we went to shower around 20:30 no hot water so no shower. Spoke to the owner and he sent a plumber to change out, that took all of the second day so no shower until around 20:00, room not cleaned this day either. No hurry to return. Owner was out of town at the time.

Location

Place was grotty. No sink provision for dishes. Not enough windows for ventilation. Spare Blanket for bed had a dirty mark on it. Pulled couch out to put against door and dirt and dust behind. Carpets need cleaning. No hair-dryer

Bed was comfortable. Only a short walk to town centre.

The kitchenette was very basic. Unless all your food was for the microwave, there was no way of cooking anything else. There was no sink to wash dishes just a tub which was hard to fill with water, unless you use the bathroom sink. Bathroom smelt very damp, toilet was running water all night. All very outdated. Pool that is advertised is no longer for the use of the quests.
