The house provided the perfect stay for a group of friends. The main rooms are a great size for all gathering together then there are lovely bedrooms and ensuites, all with the qualities of a top hotel.
Everyone who came thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

This is the second time in three years we have rented this house and once again it didn't disappoint. Beds were all comfortable and communal areas were very functional and comfortable.
Ideally it would be great to make a couple of improvements. The microwave could do with replacing as the front is peeling slightly and the shower over the bath needs adjusting so that the water flow is smooth not stuttery and the shower head needs to be stabilised. Neither of these items spoilt our stay as there were others to share but it would be an improvement if these items were addressed.

A superb property, beautifully clean spacious for our large family group.
Met all of my hopes for our get away near town centre and harbour and an ideal base to explore. Loved it.

Large, clean, well presented. We were seven adults who used all five of the bedrooms and still had plenty of room.
Useful garden, well equipped spacious kitchen and wide driveway. Comfy beds and furniture. Large en-suites. Quiet despite being so central to Seahouses. Regular bus service a couple of mins walk away.

We loved our stay, it was a comfortable house and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property was clean and tidy. There was everything we needed and more. The location was in nice area and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Seahouses. A great base for exploring the surrounding area as well.
There was only two small things that we noticed, there was no shaver electrical sockets in any of the bathrooms and no shelves or caddy within the en-suite showers for your shampoo and shower gel etc. Not really a problem for most, but our family comprises of ages from 8 to 91, so bending down can be a bit of a problem.
As I said, minor things. Overall the house was wonderful, spacious and comfortable and would definitely recommend it for a stay.

We went to Seahouses to celebrate my in laws golden wedding, there were 6 adults and 5 kids (8-15). The layout of the house was perfect, there was enough space inside and out for us all to be together without us feeling onbtop.of wach other. The location being just a stroll from the centre of Seahouses was so convenient. We were really lucky and had glorious sunshine spending the weekend on the beach. We all.had a lovely time and didn't want to come home!

This is a really great house for a large group. Very well appointed. Very comfortable. Pics don’t do it justice. Minor issues dealt with quickly and sympathetically.

Came from america to spend time with English family, great place to get together. We had elderly parents so ground floor suite was perfect. Kitchen had everything including large pots to cook for crowd. Beds& bedding were very comfortable and rooms were large. Even had toys for 21 month old and the fenced yard was appreciated for her too. CoOp was very close, 1 min walk and everything else we needed was in easy walking distance. Wonderful vacation! And Elaine was very responsive to all my questions :)

Wonderful first impression of house felt welcoming, spacious and well equipped. Milk and cake on our arrival was a very nice touch. Our party were six mature adults but the house has everything for families and larger groups. Excellent all round.

Well appointed with plenty of utensils etc. Situated in the centre of the village but near beaches as well.
Stayed from Friday evening until Monday morning. Lovely meal at Insieme on Saturday evening

Lovely big property with social kitchen space and large living room. Perfect for friends/family to use it for socialising and spending time together. Seahouses is just a few minutes walk away, and plenty other places to see by short car journey.
This is our 2nd time staying here and we’re looking to re-book!

Well equipped house with plenty of parking. In a quiet road but very close to all the amenities, the high street and the beautiful harbour. Great pubs for eating though can be crowded in the busy season. Lovely beach to walk along.

Excellent holiday
We’ve stayed in this property before and we enjoyed our stay again. There’s loads of room in the house, there are five big bedrooms and the kitchen is a great communal space. It’s well positioned in Seahouses, a very short walk to shops and the harbour.

Everything we could possibly need had been provided and the décor and furnishings were lovely. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which after long days of exploring were very much appreciated.
The area itself is beautiful with lots to do within easy reach.

- Add a handrail to the downstairs shower for those less mobile as my nan had nothing to hold on to
- For Christmas breaks decorating the house with a tree and a few decorations would make it extra special and less hassle having to take your own on top of everything else

This was the first time we had decided to use a property rather than a hotel. We found it very comfortable, the kitchen alone was amazing and although its October the outdoor seating was welcoming when the weather permitted. As golfers, it was great to have so many showers available so no one was ever waiting.
Its location was ideal for us not just in terms of the golf courses we played but also eating, shopping and just enjoying the harbour views. Definately use again and recommend. Will also be going to use rented property over hotels again.
