The room/suite was fantastic. The lunch experience and service excellent. The food was excellent overall. The staff at reception were outstanding.

The service in the bar area and pool was very very poor (bar manager aside) and very disappointing for a 5 star resort. The Breakfast service was up and down and again not to a 5 star standard.

Stunning property, amazing staff. Luxury all around. Some rooms are a bit small but we didn't spend too much time in them as there was so much to offer at the hotel.

The hotel restaurant was fantastic, the staff were very helpful, the pool and sea view were gorgeous.

The property was beautiful! Very unique and special. The gym was perfect for us, everything we needed. Their restaurants were gorgeous with great views!

With most of the staff, they always had a smile, but I felt like every request I had was inconvenient for them. They were able to accommodate us, but I always felt bad about asking them.

Beautiful setting. Lovely, comfortable and modern room. Delicious breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. Loved the private cove where we could swim in the sea(warmer than the pool).

The pool was very cold. Would have been great if it had been heated.

The staff were very unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. The atmosphere at this hotel is not great. For 500 CHF a Night, we expected more. This was probably a very “prestigious” hotel in its hay day, but somehow it seemed to have lost that. The hotel is not well maintained and seems very old and tired. Not a great atmosphere and mood, and we were glad to leave. We were going to spend 6 nights at this hotel, but then decided to split our stay over two hotels, and we were sure glad that we did!!

Tranquil and beautifully decorated

Great location and perfect stay for relaxing. Everything was great except the service at the restaurant Cala Luna which is really worth it for the view and the food but a pity for the service which has to be greatly improved.

The layout of the hotel was beautiful and a nice 20 min walk to Cefalu. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the garden and food was very nice. All staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We asked for a late checkout. They needed the room as guests were booked in immediately after us, but they allowed us to have the room for an extra hour , use all hotel facilities and they booked us a rest room at our desired time to shower and change before our departure. Rooms were very quiet and were chef on twice a day. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool area, interior of the hotel and the staff are all fantastic.

The comfort rooms are very basic not in keeping with a 5 star hotel. They have no private outside space just a chair next to the reception entrance.

Beautiful rooms, lovely grounds and facilities. On the beach location and beautiful views. Gorgeous pool and surrounding areas. Every room is fully kitted out, all mods cons and clean. Air conditioned with luxurious toiletries. Walk into Cefalu is just 20 minutes so not too demanding.

Reception and welcoming team were fantastic with good language skills. However, outside that team, not as much.in fact, poolside services were actually poor. Orders took forever and were often forgotten or mistaken. We gave up in the end. Not tried the restaurant on site because of reviews and we walked into Cefalu every night for food instead and there is no shortage of choice. Also quite pricey as accommodation goes.
