It’s just one block away from popular La Costa beach, so you can spend every day on the soft sand, working on your tan and splashing in the surf. Just off the Pacific Coast Highway, this home is in a fantastic location for LA adventures. It takes twenty minutes to drive to Santa Monica, and thirty minutes to reach Beverly Hills. The house itself is gorgeous. Huge windows let light flood in and ensure that those stunning sea views become part of the decor. You can happily spend hours just gazing out at the ocean. Everything you need is to hand here, and it’s a great space for families – the kitchen and dining space set-up is perfect for cooking up a storm and sharing meals with loved ones. Whip up a feast, grill up some goodies on the barbecue, or order in from one of the fantastic restaurants nearby – our vote goes for Nobu. If you're musically inclined, you'll also be happy to hear that there's a piano in this home. Of course, this is a beach house, so you’ll likely spend most of your time outside. In the garden you’ll find a Jacuzzi and some sun loungers – you can really relax here. We also love the terrace off the master bedroom. You’ll wake up to the sea breeze, and be able to head straight outside to drink in those views.
