No basis provided whatsoever Charges for every bit of extra, even a bath mat. Asked to make sure it was clean when I left but no mop or broom provided Battery in tv remote needs changing

Cooking facilities and utensils were poor. Cleaning facilties and equipment were poor. No towels were provided and no mention of this was in the booking details. WiFi was advertised but broke down on second day and staff denied all knowledge of it and refused to even investigate, rather they just offered an overpriced alternative. Location was good.

Great location very close to the piste and all other ammenties.

Grubby and tired looking. Carpets and sofa didn’t look clean. One bed creaked badly. Needs redecorating No balcony chairs. No quilts just 3 blankets!! No chopping board. No scissors. No sieve.

Compact but had everything we needed and exellent loaction. Room was on the ooposite side of the building to the main street and slopes, So was nice and quiet.

Excellent location for bars, restaurants and supermarket. Warm, clean and the staff were very helpful.
