Very friendly the host

The temperature in the apartment was a maximum of 19 degrees, it couldn't be more, it was quite cold and outside it was 5-6 degrees at night.

Modern,clean apartment with easy access to the city

Well equipped apartment, recently renovated (in a nice style), and the host is nice and helpful. It is in an isolated block, so very quite and safe, with private parking. Great value for travelers with their own car. It is a suburb of Bologna, so you can easily find everything in the neighborhood.

It is indeed an old building. So something might not work smoothly. For example the water temperature from the shower is not stable. Air-co works, but it really takes time. If you don't come with your own car, it would be not handy if your destination is Bologna.

Pier Paolo is a great host who really takes care for his quests. He also helped us whenever we have had questions and took care for the first supper.

The flat’s location was perfect for us as I needed a place near the Bellaria Hospital due to a family member undergoing surgery. It’s a 15min walk to the hospital. There’s also a really nice park nearby and a small shop; other amenities are slightly further away but still easily within walking distance. The property is situated in a gated complex of flats with private parking so it’s all very secure and well maintained. The flat itself is very spacious and clean. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and had some welcome drinks/food which was both a nice touch and quite handy. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Pierpaolo was more than accommodating, he was an attentive host without being overbearing. He answered all our questions and provided us with recommendations. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and Pierpaolo as the host!

A few neighbours weren’t very friendly, I assume it’s because the flats seem mostly privately owned, the surrounding area is well maintained and it’s all gated (you need a key to get out of the whole complex). Some probably felt very protective of their living space and seeing a few new faces didn’t spark a positive reaction, but that’s not a reflection on the property itself or the owner.
