Pdj excellent; très très fourni; quelques pâtisseries très bonnes, de VRAIS jus de fruits frais. De la tartinade d’avocats, des fruits secs. Seul bémol; le café n’est vraiment pas bon.

The rooms are comfortable, and the cleaning was exceptional. The cleaning personal was friendly, and they did their work well.

After the pandemic the hotel changed for bad. We stayed there just before that and there was nothing to complain, so we were happy to return. They now organise open door parties with an extremely loud music until 5 in the morning. Sound that you cannot avoid no matter what. I've asked them if they can turn down the music just a little, but they just said "the music will be on until 5 am". I understand they are trying to find different ways of an income, but making it impossible for the normal visitors to stay is not the way. 3 of 7 nights the noise was until the very early morning, not allowing us to rest at all. The communication with the hotel is really bad, close to non existing. I had to ask the support from booking for and assistance in order to get hold of someone at the reception. I wrote them at least 4 emails, and I have nothing in return. I think they should educate themselves a bit more about the hospitality part of the industry. The complimentary coffee/tea in the rooms is not complimentary at all. And if you need to visit the pool that they so much advertise you have to pay for it, even you are guest of the hotel. The style of the hotel is good and it has a potential. I hope they can change for good.

reception desk could not help us in English. We booked two rooms with 4 beds but got 2 rooms with 2 beds. Had to make our own plan.

in your website, you don’t mention that the facilities will be close , snd you offer a hotel Spa, but spa it was close.

The room was very good. The view. The huge parking space.

Front desk personnel unprofessional. Lack of communication. We had no hot water for 2 days. It improved and gave a discount for inconvenience. Breakfast ok.
