Disney Dreams è una lussuosa villa a 5 stelle con angolo cottura e fattore WOW e non rimarrete delusi. Nella prestigiosa comunità di Calabay Parc @ Towerlake Haines City con cancelli sicuri 24 ore su 24, telecamere a circuito chiuso su tutte le strade. Questa bella casa per le vacanze estive si trova per un facile accesso a Disney, Universal e tutte le attrazioni. Al momento disponiamo di una delle più grandi piscine esposte a sud con caratteristiche speciali tra cui streamer / spray d'acqua (i bambini li adoreranno) e illuminazione d'atmosfera colorata subacquea, spa da 6 piedi con decking esteso, mobili da piscina di lusso con tavolini e ombrelloni da 7 piedi. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV via cavo, lettori DVD in entrambe le camere principali, soggiorno, tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto e il salone attualmente ha uno schermo LCD da 42 "e un centro di musica stereo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di lussuosi letti e mobili di qualità superiore. La villa dispone di una sala giochi a tema Disney con un nuovo tavolo da biliardo in ardesia e un tavolo da air hockey, carte e giochi da tavolo. Siamo nelle immediate vicinanze dei campi da golf Southern Dunes e Champions Gate e molti altri nelle vicinanze. Walmart 2 minuti in auto e Posner Park 7 miglia, Eagle Ridge Shopping posta 25-30 minuti in auto e Florida posta circa 40-1 ora. Proprio sulla nostra soglia c'è la Chop House di Manny, in grado di garantire che apprezzerete la loro bistecca di New York e la cheesecake di New York, porzioni enormi!
Entrambe le camere principali hanno letti super king size (US), bagno privato e porta alla piscina. Una camera da letto doppia ha una console PS2 e l'altra doppia ha una Xbox 360, entrambe le console di gioco hanno giochi, quindi speriamo di non discutere tra i bambini. C'è anche un cancello di sicurezza e recinzione intorno alla piscina, un sacco di galleggianti, bracciali, tagliatelle ecc. Per i bambini con cui giocare o gli adulti! Forniamo anche un seggiolone, passeggini, seggiolino, culla e biancheria da letto e protezione del letto per gli ospiti, si prega di richiedere in quanto sono bloccati tutti gratuitamente!
Siamo orgogliosi della nostra casa e tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola, compresi i cuscini, vengono rinnovati ogni anno. Questo per garantire che la casa rimanga bella e fresca per tutti i nostri ospiti. La casa è stata rinnovata anche se fuori e nuovi tappeti. Inoltre, abbiamo sostituito il materasso e le tende della casa. Questi sono puliti regolarmente e la casa è ben mantenuta.

The property was very nice. Pool was excellent. pool was heated as advertised. Nice large kitchen and bedrooms. Very clean. Take it serious about not leaving food out. There are very tiny ants that will come out if you leave food exposed. Owner probably does not know this. The faucet in master bedroom shower is broken. It needs a screw. It will work if you baby it. However it does not produce hot water. Only provides warm water. We didn’t have time to tell maintenance. I took showers in other bathrooms where the showers worked.

When we arrived to the property the temperature to the house was set at 74 and had a lock box on it. Messaged the owner to see about dropping temp to 72. We didn’t realize we needed to put the key back in the box at the front door, so guest services couldn’t come in. Why would a family put a key back outside not knowing who has access to the code leaving my family vulnerable?
Went to swim and get in the hot tub both were about 60 degrees. Messaged owner and I was informed that we have to pay $50.00/day to have the heater put on. This was not included in the advertisement and it said there’s a “hot tub”. Picked up donuts in a box which were left on kitchen counter. Next day the donuts were covered in ants.
Every communication with the owner we were reminded and asked if we’d read the welcome folder upon entrance. Final message I was told she lives in the UK and I need to communicate with property employees. Made me feel like my concerns were bothering her and to leave her alone. Overall we were extremely disappointed. My kids were more excited about having our own private pool than they were about Disney and they couldn’t enjoy that because it was freezing cold!

We had the most amazing stay at this villa, was absoloutly the perfect home away from home, had everything we needed and more! Was lovely and clean and in an amazing safe area, we would love to come back and stay again. Janice was lovely and answered any queries we had before we left quickly and thoroughly.
Cant recomend this villa enough made our stay the dream holiday x

We loved the house, it is well laid out, and perfect for our needs, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs the pool area was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there , evenings by the telly were great and made for a very relaxing break , great location on a peaceful community. With many shops nearby.

This home was in a very secure neighborhood with excellent security at the gate. The house was very clean with allot of room. The pool was very refreshing and well kept. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Florida

It was perfect for our stay. A lovely property with absolutely everything that anyone could need. We relaxed and had fun away from the parks in the games room and pool. Spacious and comfortable and a perfect family location. Thank you for letting us have our special holiday in your beautiful house

By far, one of the best VRBO rental we have had the opportunity to use! The property was easy to locate and gated security left us feeling safe and sound. If not out and about exploring FL we were kept busy with all the additional perks of the rental including a family pool and air hockey tournament and a beautiful pool/hot tub to stay cool and relax. The property was clean, fully stocked and includes nice furnishings. We were very pleased and look forward to our next trip to FL and will certainly attempt to stay in the same property.

As a family of 4 inc 2 daughters in their late 20's early 30,s we had an excellent 2 week stay mid May 23.
The villa is large 4 x bedrooms with 6 beds in total which could house 2 families (2 × large beds and 4 x singles).
Everything you could need is there inc large fridge,dishwasher and a very sizeable wahing machine and dryer,which we used frequently.
The pool table and table hockey machine in the garage are excellent quality and the pool and jacuzzi also impressive. It was 30 plus deg when we went,no need to heat the pool which was perfect for swimming day and evening time.
Location wise,perfect for shops and a relatively cheap taxi ride to local restaurants if required. The i4 was busier than i remembered, but our last visit was 20 years ago,plan to avoid rush hour travelling.
A very approachable host in Janice meant all our queries were met with helpful informative advice.
Would definitely stay again.

The house was nice and clean. The house was close to shopping and eating. The house was 25 minutes from Disney World. The only issues I had was there were a few ants in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There was ant spray provided so no big deal. Bought the pool heat but the pool never heated up and that was disappointing. We were able to use the hot tub though which we enjoyed. I would definitely book this house again.

This was a great property and a good location. Felt safe being in a gated community. The property itself was clean and beautifully presented.
Just two recommendations:
Don't follow the postcode on Vrbo as it took us about 11 miles in the other direction.
Some info on local food restaurants or where to get takeout (delivered) would have been useful.
The villa itself was fantastic for families and is comfortable for2 families or one large family, even intergenerational.
Would highly recommend!!!

We were in Orlando for a wedding and this location couldn't have worked better for us, even during a hurricane! Plenty of mirror space for 4 girls to get ready and ample entertainment for us all to find our own space when needed. Located near plenty of food, grocery or shopping choices. Super easy to access through guarded gates. Thank you for such a clean and well maintained place.

Property was as described on listing and clean and just enough basic toiletries to give you a chance to go to the Walmart down the road. Pool was great, had to pay extra each night to have it heated. Overall a good stay and would look into returning when we come back down to Florida.

What a wonderful stay at this well presented villa. Everything just what we had hoped for, a relaxing stay in the sun. Even with the visit from Hurricane Ian didn't spoil things.

Best vacation rental
The house was perfect. Has everything you need. From cooking pots and pans to pool toys for the little ones. This is the 3rd year we booked a vrbo. And hands down this was my favorite.

We had a love 3 week stay in April. House was very clean. Everything about the house was amazing. It was a nice big pool. We had breakfast each morning outside looking at the pool.
Each bedroom was big and comfortable.
We had 2 children 6 and 10 and they loved it. They had plenty of room to play with their cars and dolls.
Walmart, food outlets and everything was a 5 minute drive.
It was a great base. We visited Busch Gardens in Tampa and it's nearly a straight road. We visited Legoland and it's not too far.
House had everything. Nice big fridge, kettle for making tea and toaster.
They had a big washing machine too.
The games room was awesome. I enjoyed playing pool.
We loved this house and can't wait to go back.

Very comfortable place.
Home was extremely nice clean and comfortable.. We were a group of 4. Myself my husband and my brother and sisterinlaw. Nice area to take evening walks. Two master bedrooms were great to have. Three bathrooms was a nice feature. I used one and my husband the other. The only thing I would suggest if you stay here is to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent and dishwashing liquid. Not enough for us for a 10 night stay but they did leave some.. We ate at home most of the time. You might also bring a large frying Pan if you plan on cooking. They have a nice crackpot and some smaller pans. Plenty of plates cups and silverware.. This was not a problem for us. I always come prepared but thought I would mention it to others. Great place to stay. I would stay there again if in the area. Pool area was nice but to cold out to get in.. Plenty of space though to sit outside.. Owner was very easy to reach and people at front gate were very nice. This is a gated community. Highly recommend this home.

Nice home for a getaway. Appreciated the Gated community and over all quite neighborhood. Left a list of needs that should make the next visitor happier if they don't have to deal with them. Bill was great when he came out to fix lighting in bath and Rebecca responded to our immediate issues in a timely manor.
