Very basic accommodation.
Very basic services.
The whole house is made of wood and you can hear every step and every conservation others make. There is no sound insulation.
Breakfast is the bare minimum.

- friendly, open to people, helpfully and nice owner
- quite quiet place according to the location close to road
- fantastic view from the room
- temperature in the room was OK but I'm not sure what will hapen when true heat will come (no AC)
- lttle bit close room; for ours two nights stay it was OK but longer...?

Julian and family are excellent hosts, they took care of all our needs and event went the extra mile. There was no request without fast and friendly resolution. Parking space, internet, food, etc. were very good.

Close to town (10 min drive), but a lovely country home, large rooms. Views of Mont Blanc from our balcony. Wonderful personalised service and breakfast. Family room was like a 2 bedroom apartment. Beautiful gardens with areas for children to play. Wished we stayed for longer.

this property is a true jewel! the good nature and attitude of the owner is felt in every detail - the check in, the room, the breakfast. the atmosphere inside the chalet is very clean and welcoming.

my wife had an accident and is in hospital so we needed somewhere to say (as our chalet rental had ended). The staff at the hotel were so helpful and the did everything they could to help. its excellent value for money and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately we could only stay 2 days as (understandably) they are fully booked for the next few days.

Good location, quiet place, room was nice and clean, parking right next the house. Small kitchen with fridge is available.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. Good and tasty breakfast. Amazing 3D map of the Alps in the hall :-)
