The house was very cozy and comfortable. We went there for a fishing trip with the whole family. The water was about 4 feet low, so we couldn't use the boat ramp right by the house. But we did Beach docked the Pontoon boat right at the property, since it doesn't have boat dock. There are boat ramps nearby (right down the road) for regular boats. Sadly not for Pontoon Boats, cause the ramps are too steep and short, but that wasn't the home owners fault. My Sister-in-Law was at the house first, but the key code didn't work, I called Shelby and she had my SIL call her for the key box code, right away. The house had plenty of towels and linen for all the beds and people. Kitchen is pretty much equipped with everything you need for making meals and eating. On the back deck is a gas grill for grilling use and propane was furnished. One of the bedrooms is in a separate converted shed, that doubles for a laundry room. But it sure is private. We would come and stay here again.

Burr sticker grass in the side yard and grass wasn't mowed. Motion sensors didn't work. Non microwavable dishes. Dishwasher took forever and seems to have a drainage problem, but that can be fixed For the price of the cleaning fee, I expected no spider webs in the windows and windows very clean. Main bathroom shower floor is very slick, needs something with traction and handle bars to hold onto. Laundry detergent is very strong smelling. A big problem for people with asthma or COPD.
