the house overall is spacious with a nice dining/living area but the whole experience closed all the food aspects of the property

the property was not cleaned at all. the bed sheets were not changed, dirty socks from prior guests were all over the house, dirty floors, filthy bathrooms, old food in the fridge and all over the kitchen…I called the maintenance company Vacasa multiple times (no way to reach the owner) and was on the phone for hours. after being told several times that somebody is coming for cleaning, at 9 pm I am told that they have nobody available and the options are to leave and get full Reimbursment or stay and do the cleaning ourselves. we had small kids so leaving back to NY at night was not an option so we started scrubbing toilets, changing sheets, doing laundry… a total disappointment. nobody came for the next 4 days. everything outside was covered in ice and it was their responsibility to take care of this. I slipped on ice in the driveway and actually broke my foot so all vacation turned into a disaster.
