Property wasn't cleaned thoroughly, there was a vape in the sofa and a toenail. Passageway didn't look like it was cleaned. Glasses with limescale build up. Water kept leaking from the passageway heater.

the table was set when we arrived.

difficult to find location on an estate surrounded by cars with broken windows and tyres falling off. we did not feel safe to leave our cars outside. messy garden. water on the floor in entrance hall. facilities were cleaned but not well kept.

no sheets mattress covers only, crockery nicely laid but not clear, WiFi did not work

The bedrooms and bathrooms and house were clean.

The garden was full of content from the house. There was no gas, so no heating, cooking or hot water. We waited for 4 hours for the gas to be connected, as agreed with the representative. After 4 hours there was still no gas, so we cancelled, and had to find a hotel. The landlord chose not to give us a refund, so an OK house, but a terrible experience.

The house was clean and good beds

The kitchen needed more equipment i.e bottle opener. Plus more glasses. It would have been nice if the heating was on when we got there, as it could quite a while to warm up

Very clean house, 10 min walk to Asda. Mostly well furnished. Hosts were good and replaced iron as it was broken, within a few hours. Beds were made and table set which was a nice touch.

A few areas needed decorating. Needed proper cutlery set, corkscrew and more glasses. Some of the cupboards could do with cleaning out.
